I had a really good experience with their customer service.
I hadn't received a confirmation email after a day and realized I had ordered a polish I'd already ordered second hand.
I emailed them about it and they replied within 15 minutes and changed the polish to a different one straight away which was very kind of them to do. They also sent me a confirmation email which included the new polish.

They are also one of the only websites stocking US indie polishes and they're super fairly priced. Can't recommend enough.

I have bought almost 1000 polishes and other items from this stockist and they have always arrived in great condition. Whenever they've made a mistake they've owned up to it and promptly fixed it. They will also hold several orders for you if they are small so they qualify for free shipping (this also means they will take a month or two to arrive, especially if they contain any preorders or backorders). Fully recommended.

Great customer service and variety of indie brands. I purchase from them a lot and the polishes never came damaged.

They have the best indie polish variety in Europe and the shipping was very fast. Prices are normal as well. 4 stars because their website is very hard to use, unfortunately.

They have so many fabulous brands, they ship so fast and they have always been so nice with my questions! It’s always a pleasure to buy from them!

Don't worry if you think this site looks a bit suspicious, I did at first too, but it's completely safe. The site often stocks polishes that are not currently available from the brands directly at msrp and I've gotten several polishes that would otherwise be very hard to get. They're willing to ship internationally (to the US in my case) and I always get packages very quickly!

Nail Land shipped my order out quickly and even refunded a portion of the shipping cost because they found a cheaper carrier to use. This was an overseas order, so I didn't know what to expect re: timeline or tracking, but everything worked out perfectly! I would definitely place an order with them again.

So I had a great experience with this shop. Was a little apprehensive at first due to the not-so-great reviews here and the website looking a little dated. But my order arrived only two days after placing it. Got a discount too. In my case everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the products!

Worst customer service ever, and they lie to their customers.

This company has - hands down - the WORST customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Heaven forbid there’s a problem because you won’t get your order or see your money back either. It’s easy to get 5 star reviews when things go right. But the true test of a great company is how they handle their customers when issues arise - and this company is a failure in that department. Buyer Beware!

Their website is really bad. They offered a discount coupon code which should only be used for some products, but it worked for everything, and they wouldn't send the products and won't return the money either! Don't use this site!

The best online shop for nail polishes! Love it!

Get your goods somewhere else where they truly respect and value their customers and know how to communicate with them.

Great service, shipping is not expensive.You can combine your orders to save on shiping costs. They have good choice of indie brands with all their new collections, but it would be great if they add more brands in their offer especially for nail stamping. I trully recommend this indie brand shop!

Great webshop indie and professional nail polish brands, stamping plates, supplies and polish, even UV polish and stamping polish. They always keep some of the newest but also older collections of popular brands.

The products are high quality, many of them 5 free, prices are fair.

Shipping to Denmark takes a couple of days from Hungary, it is not cheap but not expensive either given the distance.

Customer service is great no matter of the order size, they are very flexible.

I have ordered from them several times.

They could add more payment/shipping options.
