I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I signed up for the 28 day program and canceled it before the 28 day package ended. This was not a free 28-day trial or a plan they charge you for after the 28 days are over. I paid up front for the 28 days.
The majority of the outfits were things I'd never wear. I would explain what I didn't like and why I disliked the suggestions when I was prompted to do so, but was continuously sent ideas for my capsule that again, I wouldn't buy.
I canceled, confirmed the cancelation and would go on the app to see if I was still being sent outfits, but it said my plan had ended and I'd need to sunscribe if I wanted to restart. I did not. I did this several times with the same results. However, today, I was charged $39 for my subscription that ended weeks ago, that I did not renew. I requested a refund via email (per the website's instructions), but it bounced back undeliverable. I cannot locate a phone number. I will also dispute this with my bank.
I'm very irritated by this whole process and wished I had read the reviews. Do not be deceived and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Actually, I recommend you avoid!
Like other reviewers, I signed up for one week for $6.93. I was charged $38.95. Contacted Stylio and the replied that no, I signed up for a month. They refused any reimbursement.
Stay away from Stylio!
Do not take the quiz for Stylio!!! I’m not sure how it happened but they are charging my credit card $38.95 as a reoccurring monthly fee that I did not sign up for! I am trying to cancel this now. I have no idea who to contact and my credit card company has reversed the charges. I have no emails from Stylio and if I was interested in using the service, I have no account to do so??? Scam!!!

Even One star is a lot for this.
I did not subscribe, and its trying to charge 39.99 and 38.95 for no reason. This is definately a scam and must havenpulled a lot of money from people. I can log in or find email for customer support either.

I would like to clarify one important point.
You state that two separate subscriptions were created and that one of them may have simply been forgotten about. However, this is exactly what I find concerning.
I cancelled my subscription immediately after purchasing Stylio because I realized that I did not want or need the service. I believed that I had cancelled my subscription completely.
If two separate recurring subscriptions were created during the same checkout process, it was not clear to me that I was agreeing to two separate subscriptions with separate recurring charges and separate cancellation requirements.
I also could not see these subscriptions in my Apple Account under Subscriptions, which reinforced my understanding that there was no active subscription remaining.
I would therefore appreciate a clear explanation of:
1. Why two separate subscriptions were created during my purchase;
2. Where exactly during the checkout process I was informed that I was subscribing to two separate recurring plans;
3. Why each subscription required a separate cancellation;
4. What exactly Plan 1 and Plan 2 were, and what I was charged for each one.
I am not disputing the original payment. I am specifically asking about the August 14 charge, which occurred after I had already cancelled the subscription and believed that there were no active paid subscriptions remaining.
I appreciate that one payment has already been refunded. I am asking Stylio to reconsider the remaining €17.47 charge in light of these circumstances.
I would appreciate a transparent explanation of how the two subscriptions were presented and authorized at checkout.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered the trial for $6.93 and soon had over $100.00 in charges on my account. I can’t get anyone to refund me.
Also, the site is useless.

It is impossible to cancel an account! They keep charging me $38.95 per month and I can't log in to cancel. Do not work with this company!

Very deceptive practices
I joined for a week for 6.93. Add-ons popped up that did not give me an option to decline. I immediately contacted them after I saw the charge. Eva was very argumentative. I showed the charges. She kept trying to get me to keep the account. Even lying about the process. Finally after I said no because they were deceptive and misleading she said I couldn't get a refund because I didn't meet their qualifications after SHE REVIEWED the policy. Not the customer 😕. My bank is disputing it. Do not entertain. It is foreign scam. Also from the beginning it said I didn't have an account yet it charged twice a she was able to see an account I couldn't . It's a definite SCAM!!

This is such a scam. They take your cc information and charge you even after I canceled it the same day. I sent them a message and I am still waiting to hear back from someone. There’s no one I can speak to, my cc company I can’t go anything until the charge goes from pending to permanent. I have proof of the cancellation, this a Korean company and all the want is your money. I would think twice or ten times before I ever do this again. I want my charges reversed. Just to let everyone know they did reach out to me. They don’t reverse charges. They’ll offer you free service. No thanks. Calling the BBB

Poor interface, non existent customer support. Attempts to cancel ignored and automatic charges continue. Avoid at all costs!

I've canceled over a month ago and they still charged me and claimed they can't find my account after giving them two different email addresses!
I find this as a bad attempt for fraudulent activity. I will be escalated my claim.

I never subscribed to this service ! Since it has not been used at all I'm asking that you return my money to my card ! I will cancel this card as soon as my money is returned!I'm a 73 yr old living on a fixed income and would have no need for this! I hope you will do as I ask so I don't have to take other measures to get this settled! I thought my card was compromised but from these reviews I'm not so sure!

I cannot get this cancelled. I've sent a request to their support team and they cannot "find" my account. I've followed their directions to cancel for the past week and keep getting error messages on their app. Now, they are trying to charge my credit card almost $40 for the subscription. I don't know how to get this to end.

It is very misleading this day and age where you have stitch fix and other companies sending you clothes. Esp for $30 a month. Do not use. And if ur not satisfied. They take ur money anyway. When I cancelled my order 15 mins after receiving, one of the cancellation options says, I thought you sent the clothes. Which means they realize ppl may make that assumption and do not clearly state that they do not. And they keep ur initial payment. Fraudulent company.

This is a total scam. I looked at their website, however, I don’t remember opening a subscription and yet they are charging my Apple account. I never downloaded the app until they started charging my account. Every email address that they have provided for Customer Service is non-operational. Don’t fall for this SCAM.

Upon attempting to use the service, I immediately encountered severe technical and system login errors that prevented me from accessing or utilizing the styling services I paid for. I contacted the merchant's customer support team immediately to resolve the technical issue and request a cancellation and refund. While the merchant has confirmed via email that my subscription is now canceled, they have explicitly refused to issue a refund for this non-functional service.

Thought I was getting a free trial. When I Che my Apple account-it said FREE-nothing to cancel but then I got hit with a $40 renewal fee and they won’t refund! Total scam!

SCAM- I just sent an email to the email provided in one of the comments in trust pilot realising afterwards I realised that I had not given any information of my account- I also used a different email address to sign up. I then got an automatic reply that my subscription had been cancelled however they would not be able to do this cause they didn’t have any of my account information. This just confirms it is a scam instead of wasting more months. I will contact my bank.

I have never used it. My repeated attempts to cancel my subscription have each been blocked. I followed the directions to cancel— without the slightest success. I see no phone number anywhere. Still, they faithfully deduct $38.95 every month for which I get absolutely nothing. I am very frustrated and angry.

The pictures are tiny. If you select a piece it shows where to purchase it. The pieces would have to be ordered from multiple sites. So basically you are paying for tiny pictures. Better to just look on Pinterest and save your money. I canceled immediately
