Damaged product
I received my order, but unfortunately the shoes arrived damaged. I’ve already sent a couple of emails about this and haven’t heard back, which is really disappointing.
On top of that, I’m being asked to pay for return shipping, even though the item was defective when it arrived. That doesn’t seem fair.

Where do i start and where do i end... firstly they release hype sneakers (jordan 1 low x Travis, nike x virgil abloh) they always release it as online release NO RAFFLE and even if you are fast and put a pair in your basket when you go to checkout it says the usual... SOLD OUT. Either Naked Cph backdoor them or bots take them. No option for 0 stars unfortunately

Best Sneaker shop from Denmark
Thanks that they lauched by surprise the J1 Union x Fragment, bots were not ready and I was fast enough to get them on my size. Hopefully, I will be able to get other highly-anticipated shoes, such as the J1 V.A.A. Alaska, but in any case, you can be sure, they will be trying to help all of us. By the way, they ship them the same day I bought them. That's a plus from logistics e-retailer perspective. Thanks a lot!
