It’s fun and interesting to try different wines and know you are supporting the vintners too! You can also connect with the vintners and I have had several interesting exchanges with a few of them. The customer service is always exceptional.

NW not only carries a wide selection of excellent wines, but it provides you a way to support the winemakers AND to give them feedback. I also appreciate the ratings and have been guided by them when ordering a wine that I haven’t yet tried.

Naked Wines club is by far the best. You choose the amount of money that comes out of your account every month and it goes straight into your wine account. The choices of vineyards and wines are terrific, with a lovely variety from wines around the world. If you are not satisfied with a bottle, you get refunded. So far I don't think I've been disappointed with a wine I haven't liked. I have some of my faves and I always try new. Great wine club, with great Angel prices. I'm completely satisfied, and highly recommend.

I love the convenience of this service. Support for small and family owned wineries is important to me. The selections are amazing and so unique vs. commercially produced wines. Wonderful customer service is a plus. Keep up the good work!!

Love Naked Wines, not only for the quality wines, price, free wine occasionally, but also their awesome customer service and education about wines in general as well as individual wines. I’ve been a Naked Wines customer since 2019 or 2020 and never had a problem. You won’t be disappointed and the time to become an “Angel” member is well worth the wait.

I’ve been an angel for several years. The wines are outstanding but if you don’t care for one, they will refund the price. I love that it’s a coop made up of winemakers all over the world. Just a great experience buying and enjoying their wines!

I was cautious about signing up for Naked Wines, but I have loved the experience. When I need more wine, I simply look at the specials and at what I have loved before and reorder. It is so easy and I haven't been disappointed. I love reading about the wine makers and trying new wines.

Naked Wines has allowed me to zero-in on what I like and don't like. When I found a wine I did not like, I told them and they promptly added the cost of the bottle back to my account. They stand by every word of their promises to you. A consumer has literally no risk.

Large selection of wine, of all price ranges. Convenient delivery to a UPS office: I don’t like the idea of waiting endlessly at home for the truck driver, so my box of wines goes directly is ups store near me. Wonderful! Staff is also prompt and helpful when things sometimes are getting messed up.
