I finally decided to purchase 2 Aquanova laundry baskets I had my eye on for quite while. When they arrived I could not be more pleased - they are awesome! They even come with a detachable laundry bag.
Delivery to Singapore was amazingly fast!! Will buy from Naken again for sure.

I was searching for garden furniture for the finishing touch to a garden project and chose the Skyline Serpent Rectangle Table currently retailing at £1774 in March.

The product material specification in the product details was 'metal'. However when the table was delivered it had solid metal legs but a metal composite/laminate top (the equivalent of receiving a oak table with a solid legs but a veneer top when described as oak). On further investigation, the manufacturer's website does state that the top is a composite and not solid but Naken did not (and still do not) have this information on their website.

There was NO mention anywhere on the product description page that the table top was composite.

When flagged to Naken their only response was that there was the opportunity to ask any product questions prior to purchase and as the product is non returnable there is nothing they can do.

I fully appreciate that oversights and mistakes can happen. Reputable retailers recognise mistakes and do their best to resolve and recompense.

The way this valid complaint of goods received not matching the description of goods ordered has been extremely poor and an example of truly appalling customer service with abdication of any responsibility.

We are now looking to seek redress through the Small Claims Court system.

This product arrived speedily and was true to the on screen image. Quality product!

Excellent and prompt service and delivery and it was very easy to order. I had seen the hooks on pinterest and thought they are really good and quite unusual and I was not disappointed when they arrived. I am sure they will look great in my new bathroom!

Naken Interiors delivered exactly what we were expecting, in great condition and 2 weeks earlier than they estimated. We love the quality of the fire pit we received and it was great value for money too.

I ordered a £270 box to be delivered . It arrived 1 hour early from the stated delivery time and I missed their call . They left my house 30 minutes BEFORE the stated delivery window and now refusing to redeliver unless I pay £36 extra. I have asked for refund - they will deduct delivery fee AND and ‘ handling ‘ charge mounting to £150 . Appalling customer services with no empathy for my predicament . They will not deliver the box and will not return my money .Do not use this company .
