lack of understanding!
I purchased quite a few items from NAKEN. When completing the order online, the quantity of a couple of items was incorrect. So I had to return a couple of them. Due to contraction with COVID19, I could not return the items within the 28 days period that is stated in the company's policy. So I asked the company to accept the return, given my exceptional health conditions which has made me unable to return within 28 days. The company did not accept the return, and had shown no sense of understanding! I would not trade with the seller anymore.
Excellent customer service
Our order arrived with a broken shade. Poppy at customer service had a replacement delivered within 3 days. Can’t fault them

Superb retailer.
Recently bought 2 small Etna lamp bases from Naken, at almost half the price wanted by DFS. The website was clear and easy to navigate, purchase was a doddle, and they arrived ahead of the promised schedule, well packed and therefore undamaged.
Everyone loves these lamps and asks where we bought them!
Would thoroughly recommend this company

Excellent customer service, very impressed!!
I ordered a beautiful pendant light which arrived on the scheduled time slot. I checked everything for any discrepancies and found one of the 5 shades has some light buff marks on it. I emailed Naken, received an email the following day apologising and to inform me they had sent my email and pic to the company. I received an email the day after that to inform me the company was sending a replacement free of charge on the next courier. Excellent customer service from Poppy. Top marks for a quick a hassle free response!! Won’t hesitate using again👌🏻

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! My daughter bought a Selleti monkey chandelier for over £1000 and stored it for 3 months as her renovation met some delays due to covid, brexit and customs delays. When it was finally time to hang the lamp, we opened the box (note that there is absolutely no damage to the box) The top monkey and parts were all good. Then we opened the next big styrofoam to the main body of the chandelier and there was a cut hand of the monkey laying. We did not want to touch it so my daughter contacted them and they say it is past the 14 days since it was delivered and they can’t do anything. Just like that!!! So they send faulty items and take no responsibility and we have to just throw £1000+ away? I would not buy a single thing from them ever again! BUYER BEWARE!

Awful company
Awful company. They have no idea what the law is regarding consumer protection. Consumer rights act 2015 protects all consumers and it is from the party you bought. They tried every trick in the book to tell me they are not responsible. Unfortunately for them the law is on the consumer's side and I will be making a claim through the courts.

UPDATE: WE WON THE CASE AND NAKEN WAS ORDERED TO PAY!
Naken tried to claim their T&C mean they do not need to comply with UK consumer law. Obviously this is wrong.

Fast delivery, resolved an issue with payment efficiently with great communication. I’m in love with the item, it was a good price too, packaged really well and in recycled boxes which is also great.
