I placed an order with Naken Interiors on 1st November. The delivery date was changed twice, and the items never arrived.
I then requested a refund. When no refund was issued, I was given ridiculous excuses, including claims of staff sickness. Despite repeated chasing, my refund has still not been received. The timeframe they gave has now passed, so I have had no option but to escalate this to my bank to recover my money.
I really wish I had read previous Trustpilot reviews before ordering, as my experience seems far from unique. This company appears to be fortunate that people don’t check reviews first.
Do not buy from them — buy directly from the manufacturer instead. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’re saving a few pounds by ordering through this company; it simply isn’t worth the stress.

Horrendous customer service and fraudulent information on website. Ordered a product, nothing delivers after a couple of weeks. Chased it up, and was told it was on back order and to wait 3 months. 3 months passed and now told to wait a further 4 months. Demanded full refund. Just awful…avoid
Brought a dish rack from them
Brought a dish rack from them, which was a Nkuku item, over month later no delivery no emails, I have had to contact them and each time their is an excuse, I checked availability with Nkuku and they had it in stock, so not a stock issue as the first email said, second email said staff issues! Went through my credit card company and got a refund!

Beautiful products at competitive prices. The customer service I received from Kye was second to none. Really good communication on delivery and absolutely no quibbles in sorting out a return and replacement of a very large item. Kye was really professional in all his emails and really made me feel that he felt ‘the customer comes first’, Thankyou so much!
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. This is a scam outfit. I placed an order for 10 window box planters and paid £360. They took my money despite not having the items in stock. They then sent an email a few days later saying my item would be delivered in March 2026 (I placed the order on 20th Oct 2025)! I then requested that they cancel my order and refund the money. They said they would do this but to allow up to 14 WORKING DAYS for the refund to go through and not to contact them during this time, which is an absurdly long time. 14 working days duly went past with no refund. I wrote to them again telling them that they have committed theft and that I want my money refunded immediately or I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. They have written again this morning claiming to have now refunded the money, but to expect it to take 48 hours at their end for the refund to go through and warning me that some bank / credit cards can then take up to 10 days before the refund appears. It is obvious that this is not a real company but a scam operation that takes your money, doesn’t provide the goods and takes so long to do anything that they hope you will just forget, which incidentally, is easy to do unless you diarise a follow up communication based on their ridiculously long response times. They fool you into thinking they are acting upon your request by being very responsive and courteous in their emails when you request them to cancel your order, but then they say the refund will effectively take weeks. Obviously, it would be very easy for the consumer to forget about the refund due over such a long time period. No decent company operates like this. Most companies’ on-line ordering processes wouldn’t let you order the goods in the first place if they were out of stock and if such an oversight had occurred would bend over backwards to action a swift refund. Please do not use this “company”. They are not a legitimate trading operation but an online scam.
Great Products - and Customer Service!
I have made two purchases recently from Naken Interiors... and am utterly delighted with both.
Product quality: I bought both from their regular product lines and from the outlet - and the quality of both are equal (so don't think that the outlet is for junk)
Customer service: For my first purchase I accidentally ordered two lampshades in error (I wanted only one). Once received - the process to return and refund the item ordered in error was both fast and efficient... excellent service!
Delivery: I see on other reviews complaints... and yes my first order took a while - but this I believe was due to products needing to come into stock... bearing in mind global supply chains - and dealings for similar products with comparable companies - this was nothing to worry about. My second order where I knew all items were in stock delivery was swift, and both Naken and the courier provided delivery information

Made an order, expensive item, knew it would be 8 weeks but after 4 months asked for money back and that is a long old process. They seem to drag it out as long as possible (presumably they are just holding on to peoples money making a turn on it) hoping you forget. Please avoid it doesn't appear to be a genuine retailer

I ordered a table in March, I got told several different dates it would arrive,it never did. I'm now feeling like this company has scammed me out of £500 . I asked for a refund in September, it's now been more that the estimated time for the refund. Has anyone bought from here successfully??

Lack of quality control
I ordered two Nkuku Juoni planters in separate orders. Even if they are part of the same line, the two could not look more different - one as if made of copper, slightly reddish, the other dark brown like aged brass. On contacting customer service I was told ‘it is normal variation in colour and therefore naken is not able to replace free of charge’. I was also told naken send their orders directly from manufacturer warehouse where naken does not do any quality checks, so it is quite telling! I would not recommend buying from them if you care for quality.

Poor Quality Item!!!
I purchased the Rive Droite Bistro table and chairs from this company in June. Within 2 months the table has scratched badly and after contacting company. The response was "it is down to customer use" despite me advising no metal object has been placed on it. The chairs have now started to show signs of rust. Really disappointed in the quality of this item!!

I placed an order on the 8th July. The price seemed too good to be true. My order never arrived and when I kept chasing Naken blamed their supplier Garden Trading. So I called Garden trading myself and the item was in stock and and could have been dispatched immediately Garden Trading couldnt see why there would be a problem. Maybe Garden Trading need to vet their trade stockists better?
Naken interiors take your money and then don’t supply the goods. Avoid.

As per other reviews - still waiting for a refund! They lure you in with reduced items and lead times of 10 - 14 days. You pay your money and then they tell you it’s actually going to be another 5 months! Very disappointing and totally unethical behaviour.

Just be aware this company do not refund within the 14 days they state they will.
I’m still waiting on mine, I was even told my refund would be actioned more quickly than 14 days as the reason for my request for a refund was due to a discontinued item. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

After 3 weeks there was no update to the order so I called to chase and was told their buying dept would talk to the supplier and get back to me..
I later received an email stating..’We have been in close contact with the supplier, who have unfortunately recently advised us that your item is delayed due to an unforeseen manufacturing delay’…. The new date was set at a further 5-6 weeks, (although the website still falsely said available 2-4 weeks when they knew for a fact at that point it would be a minimum of 5 weeks)
Tomorrow will be 6 weeks since this email and 9 weeks since my original order!! And still no mirror or even an update so I called again…. I admit I was rather rude to the chap who answered, but some transparency from them would have helped the situation…. This time I was told that maybe the delay was due to palletising and bank holidays!!….but again the buying dept would contact the supplier and get back to me…

Really happy with the customer service from Naken Interiors. My order was a couple of days later than the expected delivery time but I was kept informed. Any query I had was always answered very quickly and I found them easy to reach on the telephone. Also love my purchase which was very well packaged.
