Absolutely appalling company.. LIE about STOCK availabiiity
Absolutely appalling company... let me explain.
Ordered a rug which they clearly stated was IN STOCK.
I received an email stating it was out of stock according to their supplier and would I like to wait till the middle of February...... Why on earth are you stating items are in stock on your website when clearly they are NOT. If you cannot even keep your website updated, then you do not deserve ANY business.
Secondly, the refund took almost 10 days... YES 10 days, so not only was the item not in stock, they held my money for ten days and I had to contact them again to chase the refund.
Dreadful company that suggests a glitchy website, but underneath the mechanism is a total mess.
Avoid Naken.co.uk and save yourself the hassle of chasing your refund.

A few years ago, I bought a Parlane faux yucca tree from them, and I’ve absolutely loved it—it’s become a statement piece in my home. This time, I picked up a stunning faux Echeveria from Parlane, and I couldn't be more pleased. Small UK company sadly out of their depth
Ordered two items in September from these guys. Order showed up some 5 weeks later and 2 weeks later than their latest estimated delivery. Of the two items, one is incorrect - they are now refusing to send me the correct product or issue a refund until I return the incorrect item at my own time and expense. I will of course return the item but don’t hold me to ransom - so small minded and such a shame a small UK company showing themselves to be so out of their depth. In a time of savage competition, presume they’ll go out of business if this continues

Good management, great products, customer service needs some improvement
I have ordered package and ApplePay changed my address at the checkout. I thought it’s a company error. So I put complaint, they thought I inputted it incorrectly which wasn’t the case.
But there was also other issue - the courier abandoned the package in the communal hall serving flats and businesses, which wasn’t the right thing to do. The package was stolen. After obtaining letter from courier post review posted here Naken management looked into it and the refund was issued post investigation as a claim from courier. Response left is from customer service who I still think have room for improvement, that’s why 1 star taken off. The company has great products and management is very good.

Narrow returns policy
The service overall was good, but the big let down is the companies narrow 14 day return window. This is an almost impossible task with wallpaper, especially when you want to order with lots of time to spare and your relying on decorators to complete quickly. For me issues with the electrics meant the wallpapering could not happen as planned. Most builders merchants and other decorating companies have a much more flexible returns policy. Even the offer of a credit note to shop with them in the future if a full refund could not be given would have kept me as a customer as I had planned on using Naken for the rest of the house but am now going to shop elsewhere.
As I said the service was good but the narrow returns policy is a big let down. Naken, please consider this feedback to adjust your refund policy, you are losing good customers and the chance of future profits.
REPLY TO THE RESPONSE FROM NAKEN: Thanks for taking the time to reply but I’m afraid it simply reads like a “computer says no” response. Please design a system or process that allows for a commons sense human intervention, why should it matter if a customer contacts you outside the 14 day limit you’ve imposed? If you really want to keep the customer coming back then as I said before a bit of flexibility makes all the difference, even if a full refund couldn’t be offered. Please do think about how your response underlines your inflexible approach and blaming it on a computer system feels like a poor excuse.

Once I’d placed my order online I only had to wait two or three days for my parcel to arrive - it was so quick!
The clothes horse is really good quality and well made, it doesn’t collapse like plastic ones do.
Online communication was friendly and helpful too, I would definitely recommend this company, they aim to please.

Superior customer service
We bought some lovely ceiling fans through Naken a year ago - were very pleased with both service and products at the time. One of the fans recently developed a fault, requiring a replacement component. We were impressed with how easy it was to get the problem assessed and dealt with. Kye at Naken was responsive and very helpful in liaising with the manufacturer in Spain. The part was dispatched in super-quick time - we were advised to expect 8-10 days for delivery and it arrived the following day. Delighted customers here!

A mess
Avoid, a shambles of a company. Heard nothing for 2/3 weeks, eventually sent an email enquiring where we were up to. I was told they were 'looking into it' and then told the following day the buyers couldn't get hold of the stockists. It seems as though they hold no stock at all and just buy discounted stuff to order (when they actually can). A real throwback Del Boy style company that you should swerve.
Update: It's a shame you can't upload screenshots, because your response is a flat out lie. I sent my first email on the 24th. Not the 19th. Pretty worrying that rather than owning their mistake, they are pulling these antics.
Also nice try 'did you place your order with us' before rattling off my (false) order details....

Great decor & furniture shop
I ordered from Naken 2 times and had a good experience both times. Despite the first order items being slightly damaged, their customer support team was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement item straight away. The second order was slightly delayed due to customs (2 days), but I was informed of the delay, which I appreciated.
I see that some people complained about the long waiting times to receive the items- that is not an accurate view! Naken provide clear dispatch times on their website and it totally makes sense that some items take longer because they need to be sourced from the producers.
Again, their customer service team can easily be contacted by phone or email, and they are very helpful. The items are quite unique and good quality, not what you'd find in the high-street/regular shops - I have bookmarked their website for future purchases.
