I had a disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process.
After applying for a position, I was contacted a few weeks later and invited to an introductory call with a company representative. The conversation itself was pleasant and left a positive impression.
After the call, I was given a test assignment, which was described as taking approximately 45 minutes. In my experience, however, the task required significantly more time. Rather than a short, focused legal question, it involved preparing a broader legal analysis covering multiple possible scenarios. Due to the scope and level of detail required, completing the assignment took closer to a full working day.
I submitted the assignment within the given deadline. After 12 days without any response, I sent a follow-up message, but I did not receive a reply. At the time of writing, it has been almost a month since I submitted the test assignment, and I still have not received any feedback or acknowledgment.
Given the level of effort expected from candidates, the lack of communication was disappointing. Even a brief acknowledgment or a short update would have been appreciated.
I cannot comment on the company’s work beyond this hiring process. However, based on my own experience as a candidate, this was a disappointing recruitment process.

This was the most stressful tax declaration I've ever experienced and the worst service I've ever received. The process was riddled with constant errors, and I had to repeatedly point out mistakes in the declaration. The consultants couldn't even accurately copy-paste amounts from supporting documents into the declaration. After three rounds of error-checking, I received a declaration with completely incorrect amounts because, in the final version, they decided to allocate 100% of the tax reimbursement to me, ignoring my partner's 50%. This was for the simplest tax declaration with a single income source. To top it all off, today they sent me someone else's declaration! Mine was apparently shared with another person. It's insane! Data confidentiality is nonexistent!

Filed documents with nalog nl already twice and intend to use their help in the future as well. I tried to do it myself but decided to rely on professionals after all

I have had my first consult this week and feel totally satisfied afterwords. I found my adviser professional, knowledgibale and client supportive. All my questions were answered accurately what had helped me to make important decisions for my business plans.

I filed my taxes through them 2 times. The first time everything was OK, the second time it was very bad.
I was not notified when the tax return was sent. The declaration was sent with errors - the tax refund was missed by approximately 2,000 euros. When I realized that they had made a mistake in the calculations, I asked them to correct it. They didn’t answer the email, I wrote to Telegram. After this they agreed that there was a mistake. They told me that they had fixed it and sent everything to the tax office. In fact, no, the tax office did not receive the updated version. Only the second time they managed to send it so that the tax office received everything.
As a result, I ordered the service, paid for it, and then had to recalculate everything myself and control that the company did what it signed up for. Next time I'll try to do everything myself or go to another company.

The last declaration when I left the Netherlands they did terrible and wrong, which was fully recalculated by the NL Tax Service, I spent so much time to investigate what is wrong with the declaration, calling to the tax service. So I would not recommend them for complicated cases when you have income from several EU countries.

Be ready, that you are paying only for consult and help with fiiling in omnly the declaration, if your refund is 0, you already paid 85euro, just for filling up the form, And when you think that it will be ease, no it`s not, any way you will fill up the forms for nolog.nl multiple time, and you will get nothing for that, because you already paid. NO SENSE in this service. 85 euro for filling up the form, I think it`s useless and very price I would say for Norway, not only NL

Absolutely disaster. I ordered the service of filling "M" declaration at end of Feb. It's 3rd of April and it's still not ready. Support doesn't answer me for the last 3 days. Today, I received a draft of the declaration with a lot of errors. For instance, in my wife's declaration, they used my name and surname instead of hers. They specified the wrong country in the declaration. It looks like they didn't even read the data I provided them.

We came to the Netherlands from Russia in July and after a few months of living here had a lot of legal questions, from managing personal taxes to relocating our business to Europe. I fill it as my duty to tell to the public, what this company is just a joke. They give you promises on a telephone, then send you a bill, after you pay it, they start to ignore you. Later, after you spend lots of your time they finally will tell, what service you want they actually do not provide ( need to mention what this service was promised before the bill was paid) then. I demanded my money back, and it took them nearly 30 days with all kind of excuses to pay back my 120 Eur for consult, what I did not had. In total, they hold my cash nearly 60 days. And I seriously do not understand how did they get this good review? I wasted so much precios time on them. They actually overpriced, and incompetent. Because woman was laughing on a phone, after I asked if I get proper consult for 120 EUR. She was laughing at me!!! I finally get this consult for the same money, Dutch professional Bookeper spend an hour with me.
