I ordered a bundle in early May. I have yet to receive my order. The last tracking info was on May 13, 2025. The website states that it is a YUS based company but all merchandise is shipped from Hong Kong. There is poor communication from customer service. I do not recommend this company.
I placed an order on naludore.com about 6 weeks ago and have not received anything so far. I am not even sure if i will get the jewelry. Got an email that order is shipped and left hongkong but no useful updates after that. Dont try to reach customer service as it is all AI robot's that send automated messages saying we are sorry for delay and your order is shipped. DO NOT BUY on this website.
