V POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a dog bed having seen the advert on Facebook with lots of positive comments below!!
The order page said they aimed to have all items delivered within 10 days. Only once you ordered did they then inform you that they were experiencing delays and it could take up to 3 weeks. I waited a week days to see if I would get notification of shipment but as I wanted the bed for a new puppy and realised it wouldn't arrive on time I emailed to cancel the order.
I then receive an email to say the product has shipped! But it could be up to 3 weeks before I receive it. I am now stuck with no bed for my puppy and have to order one else where.
I have no response to my emails and like others wonder if this is just a scam.
About 2 weeks late the bed does arrive, its blue not the grey and ordered and very poor quality compared to the one I purchased elsewhere.
I email requesting a return but hold no hope of hearing from them- despite warning I will review on trustpilot.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A QUALILTY PRODUCT WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. V DISSAPOINTED

scam artist.

have terrible experience with this company i ordered a dogs bed paid for it. It never arrived i have been constantly trying to get hold of them since christmas with to no avail as the email they give is non existant i found the individual name who runs the company but his email also is unobtainable.
