Absolute scam! Fake tracking numbers and extortion!Do not buy from Nalvina! I placed an order two months ago and was immediately issued a completely fake tracking number. When I called them out on it, they just generated a second fraudulent tracking number. Now that it’s been months and nothing has arrived, they are blaming the shipping company and trying to force me to take a 50% refund. They are stealing money and holding refunds hostage for items they never sent. Total fraud!

nalvina Is a scam. Tracking Order shows on the way for 2 months. Order will not come.

Scammed! Lesson learned. Made purchase but never received item after a month and shipping/customer service was unhelpful.

Said my package arrived. It didn’t. Ghosted me. It’s a scam

Wish has done more research before ordering.
Ordered June 22, tracking number issued immediately from HongKong. International shipment, already took Shipping charges on top of actual good price.
after a month says item delivered on tracking but item was never delivered. The promised DHL delivery, has no clue of such a parcel.

Support email is not able to get proof of delivery.

Support email asking another re-shipment fees, which makes shipment charges more than actual goods.

This company is a scam. I ordered a set of shorts in June and still have not received it in August. I contacted them multiple times and it almost seems like an AI bot is responding to my emails. They have no phone number where you can call and speak with anyone live. You are only able to reach them through their email support. I have attempted on multiple occasions to get my refund and they are dancing around the subject. They keep insisting that I agree to a refund by using an automated reply. I don’t know what they would do with that if I was to use their automated system, so I simply used my own words and I continue to get repeated emails from them promising to do the refund only if I consent via their method. The entire company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I am now working with my bank disputing the charges. I may be out my $35 but lesson learned. If the company is not in America, then you should think twice about ordering from them.
