Ordering was easy and the name tags turned out great! Our order was somehow delayed and I called because I wanted to make sure it wasn't lost. Customer service was great and they arrived soon after.

Waited until I called to tell me they didn’t have the supplies to complete my order. Still hasn’t refunded my item. I had to call again to get a refund. Will not be using this company again.

The only issue we have had is several orders were delayed due to production not having the right material. No one called to let us know - we found out when we called to check on them because our customer noticed they were taking a long time.
Wish someone had reached out to let us know.
Other than that, we have had no issues - ordering is easy which is a great feature!
