REALLLLLY Bad!
REALLLLLY Bad!! Horrible Service, useless support team that clearly has no idea what they are doing. Where do they find these people to answer emails after 4 days of silence and then it's clear they didn't even read your email.
Happy Customer
Great Registrar !
I have multiple domains with them and so far so good.
No bs addons like Godaddy or Newfold.
And their customer service is fast.
Keep it up

My emails were not working for 3 weeks
My emails were not working for 3 weeks, going into a month...I have the receipts! When I would inquire as to what is going on, I kept getting the blanket answer "the engineers are working on it" NEVER any questions, concern, or care about me or my business. A month in and still nothing! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! They have a lot to learn and as I see the feedback NOW on this company, they don't care obviously....HORRIBLE REVIEWS! BEWARE!! Find another company to work with. I have since closed my account and transferred out my domain.
Don't waste your time and money
I spent years writing lots of emails providing all the required materials but could not remove my 2FA. I cannot access my account for years.
DO NOT waste your time!
DO NOT waste your money!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Locked out of acocunt, and "blackmailing" me
I negotiated a purchase of a domain and forced to create an account with namebright to claim ownership. I did, everything was fine. I was not currently using the domain, so I left it in the acocunt. It was expiring and I wanted to transfer it. I could no longer log into my account. I emailed support, and they are asking for me to send a copy of my ID and a piece of mail to "verify" my address and identity. Not a chance. None of that is needed to own a domain or have access to an account. I consider this blackmail. I just want the domain I paid for and own.
Don't waste your time and money here
Registered, bought a domain then cannot login anymore. Using the old site gave wrong username or password even after using the forget password feature twice. Then tried the beta one and managed to login but trying to go to any page will give "access unavailable" message. Tried to contact them and still no response.
A very satisfied customer
I have moved my domain to NameBright and I am thrilled. A new modern web interface with advanced options such as configuring domains in categories. The support responds quickly and even fulfills extra requests. Couldn't be happier.
I have ten email addresses with this…
I have ten email addresses with this company, they are all down due to an "internal issue" that their engineers are looking into. The customer service agent told me that as a hosting company email isn't their priority.
OMG?
Love this Registrar but have a tip
Their website makes it very easy to purchase and maintain your domains. I even bought a domain from a partner company of theirs and it transferred easily. The customer service is awesome! I've had to call them for help when changing my nameservers and they quickly assisted me. The only reason I left off one star was because you do need to call them in order to remove their company nameserver because for some reason it sticks in the background. However, it was a quick and easy fix over the phone.
Namebright is a total scam! Don't do business with them
This is the worst company on this planet. A total scam. Requested for a new password, had to go through their recovery process - which is total b*llsht - that took almost 4 months(!!!). 4 months to get your new password. Namebright is totally not helping their customer - only making things super complicated, no clear communication, no information on dates, no communication within the company, just always the same message that the recovery was still in process and they couldn't do more.
When I started to take action with ICANN they suddenly released my login. I'm happy I could finally move my domain to another company.
Oh my goodness
Oh my goodness, what a mess! I bought a domain name on the secondary market. I order to take possession I had to create an account at namebright.com to receive the name. It took me 15-17 attempts altogether. At every other mouse click there was a 404 error, or timeout, or "our techs are looking into this problem!" error. The support tech sent me an alternate website (legacy) but mispelled the URL so I got a 404 error there. I finally noticed the mispelling and got there, set up the account but they didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to login there. I had to go back to the FIRST website to log-in. So about 2 hours spread over 2 days. This was probably the most head scratching case of total widespread incompetence I've encountered in 20 or so years.
The worst possible option for domain hosting/transfers
Quite frankly, the worst domain hosting experience I've ever encountered. Site is buggy and does not accept @ values.
No customer service or support availability. I have migrated tens of domains in the past and never had an issue like this.
Our email and e-commerce site is down but their "BETA" system is garbage, there is no customer service, and their knowledge base is broken.
High gangster and bully attitude.
This site has a high gangster and bully mentality where their sole purpose is to enrich themselves, they'll do anything to prevent you from changing to a competitor and have shady dealings with other shady companies that make sure you NEED to use their products. It's nothing short of an extortion company. It's everything that's wrong in this world and should be outlawed asap.
Domain squatting
Domain squatting. Don't you search for any of the domain names you want from their site. You will find that they will register it and some time later will want to sell it back to you for 3000USD
Scammers
I was charged $19.95 for "Email Plan Renew - Bronze Email Plan" that I never subscribed to!
Avoid this company at all cost!
In my opinion
In my opinion, their services have not met my expectations, and I am disappointed with their practices, particularly their alleged involvement in domain squatting for extended periods. Just terrible
