Absolutely awful customer service, ordered a ring that was 59 pounds, looks nothing like what is advertised and the ring we totally out of shape. I contacted looking a refund and was told they don’t refund personalised items but I could send it back to be checked. I am still waiting on a return address over a week later with no reply to my multiple emails requesting return address. Jewellery is cheap tack at premium price. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a ring from Names4ever with my dad’s fingerprint on. It looked lovely on the photo. However, it arrived completely squashed! It can’t be worn! It’s awful quality and obviously not made well if its arrived like that.
Of course I want my £92 back for the poor quality item I received but I’m told they can’t refund, only exchange/replace. So I have to have another piece of tat sent to me that is poor quality and paid £92 for the privilege. Not to mention I have to pay for return postage as well!
Dreadful service. Won’t use again or recommend.

I ordered a silver, tree of life pendant engraved with all my Grandchildren's names from names4ever.co.uk
The company is based in the Netherlands so understandably shipping/delivery took a while longer. However, I was sent frequent emails from the company informing me of the status of my order which was very much appreciated.
The pendant arrived in a pretty blue box with a ribbon and I am delighted with it.
I had one dealing with their customer services via email and they were prompt and courteous in replying.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
