Outstanding service from start to finish
From the moment of placing the order to the moment of delivery, as well as the delivery itself, everything was handled at the highest level. They followed up exactly when they said they would, and even called me after I ordered the armchair to provide additional information. Overall, it was a truly positive experience.

Because everything was as described! Great customer support, later after ordering, great delivery support. Quality of the furniture seems fine, but we'll see after some usage how the furniture holds up to children. :)
