The process with the operator went flawless, however...
The steps to reach the point to meet the operator were really challenging. Even if at the start of conversation the laptop camera was working, after few seconds shut itself off, without any possibility to restart it. I tried almost everything. Finally I gave up, restarting the process on a tablet. Here I entered a wrong email address (my mistake), it was impossible to correct it, so I had to restart again by fulfilling everything from the begining. Then the passkey for phone number failed to come in time, so...again a new restart of the whole process...Finally the scope was achieved, but took more than 1 hrs, for a 5 minute discussion....
