Very bad
Worst customer experience I had in a long time.
EVERYTHING is counter intuitive (not just 1-2 features, but EVERYTHING).
There is no good guide, all the guides they have are HORRIBLY written, the agents I talked to on the phone are absolutely INCOMPETENT and everything and everyone just makes you regret buying their signature.
Next year I'm not renewing my subscription most likely.
