I'd give it zero if I could. Wall stickers absolutely wrecked the wall, not only did we need to repaint, but we had to get paint holes filled, that's how much of the wall the stickers took. We did everything as instructed and company doesn't care, we were just offered more crappy wall stickers to wreck more walls

I was so sure I'm getting scammed after reading the reviews, but everything went great! I got my product in a week and it's really great, my boring kitchen is now a little less boring. I ordered from Finland and paid with Klarna, no complaints at all!

Was contacted to say they were out of stock
But they still let me order and pay for them
Have no idea when they will arrive..
Was so excited about product.

I ordered stickers for my stairs a week ago only for them to tell me a few days later I would have to wait an extra week, I emailed them yesterday to ask about progress of my order and have not received any reply yet, so I still have no idea where it is or if it is even dispatched yet.. I would be happy to get a refund now as my hallway stairs is unfinished

I wish I'd read the reviews, as I would not have ordered this product. I ordered a large 1.2m round wall sticker. It came in 2 halves and has a huge join right down the middle. Nowhere on the website does it mention this. It does not look good and was a total rip off. I'd avoid.

My order came 2 weeks late and when it did come it was damaged. The trays and markers were chipped and broken. My order was not packaged properly. Wasn’t put in a box, no packaging whatsoever. Very disappointed and would never order from here again.

You have placed an order for a pen that was out of stock at the time of ordering, it was clearly stated on the product page. The pens were a day late from the supplier and just arrived in our warehouse. Your order will be shipped from us today and you will receive an email with tracking when the item has been shipped. You have emailed us three times on Sunday, and once more again on Monday (not allowing the 24h to pass), when you write several times without us replying, the matter is registered from the last email. This means that the matter ends up at the bottom of the response order. We apologize for this and are trying to find a solution together with our technician. We answer all our emails within 24 hours on weekdays. We have sent you an email now and we are here to assist you in the very best way. I sincerely apologize for the long delivery time. Great Service
Having read some of the reviews here, I was reluctant to purchase but decided to go ahead as I couldn't find as nice designs elsewhere. However I am delighted I went ahead- the stickers arrived within a few days (I am located in Ireland). I had a query upon receipt and the customer service was easy to use and I got a really helpful reply within a couple of hours. I'd highly recommend

Arrived in a week. Amazing colours and pictures! A bit challenging to put the big ones, but with the help of another person it was easy. Few I even took down and re-applied with perfect results.

Missing instructions
We purchased a sticker which arrived fairly quickly but no instructions included. Unfortunately the telephone number on the site doesn’t work. My husband sent an email yesterday but no reply yet. We tried to put the sticker up using YouTube video instructions but it didn’t work and the sticker is ruined so we’re pretty disappointed with the whole experience so far. We loved the look of the sticker and were so excited to put it up but it has been a disaster. Hoping customer service will fix the issue but looking at some of the reviews on here I’m not sure. Fingers crossed!

Shockingly poor experience
Shockingly poor experience. I bought wall stickers. Very expensive wall stickers because I wanted quality. ~£34. When they arrived the package was excessively damaged and the stickers were ripped and indented. They tried to convince me the damage would disappear when put on the wall, and when I sent more photos of the rips they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement was smaller, AND the sticker was split over two images so had to be pieced together. I then found the same product on another website for £2.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, inconsistent communication when concerns have been raised with the product purchased.
Wall sticker contact adhesive poor quality which found that the wall stickers were unable to bond to the wall. No water service issues instructions followed from the manufacturer.
Despite issues raised the company has been obstructive, I’ve not offered a replacement or refund. Highly disappointed.
