Site says delivery in 2-3 days. After 5 days I emailed company for update. They state there is a delay of at least another week before they can even send the stickers. Taking into account delivery we are moving towards at least 3 weeks delivery time. I requested in that case a full refund. They are no longer communicating. This is unacceptable!

The replies I now get are full of surprise, no acknowledgement of the fact that I had to chase for updates. After I requested a refund, a day later they send the item. I feel ignored and disregarded.

UPDATE - April 29th - (20 days after order,bank holiday is no longer an acceptable excuse at all!) -still no delivery or refund !! This is unacceptable and goes along way to back up the complaints of other users. The communication from the company is insufficient. The Wed is their reply is in the past. I do not understand why I haven't received a refund for a product that is well overdue!

You sent one email, not plural which ended up in spam. The items indeed arrived 3 days after my update which meant that delivery took over 3 weeks from the original order. Still a dissatisfied customer.

I have to admit that I was skeptical after I've read all the comments, but as I really liked wall stickers I decided to give it a try. I have placed an order for three wall stickers on Sunday 26th of March and the package has arrived to my address in Norway on Friday 31st of March. The whole process was rather smooth, I have received the confirmation of my order, an email stating that the package has been sent. The stickers I have ordered are matching with the descriptions and I am really happy with these. All recommendations from my end. Thank you for a great service!

I ordered tile stickers from this company and had to return them.
They agreed to accept them back and sent me a returns label.
3 months later and I an still waiting for a refund.
I have emailed numerous times and although they answered the first couple, since then I have heard nothing and still have no refund.
Extremely poor service. I really wish I had the reviews before I placed my order.

I have been chasing my order now for over 3 weeks and not received anything.
After back and forth email communication I was told I would receive a refund but have not received this either. I will be reporting this company as it seems to be a scam. Do not order from this site.

This website is a counterfeit, they have stollen all of my products off Etsy and are advertising them as their own. Please report them

Have ordered stickers for my son‘s room over a week ago. Wanted to get an update. Wrote 2 emails - zero response. And after reading all the reviews here - should have done that before ordering! - I‘m not surprised at all. For sure won‘t order again here. Wondering how they can still exist with such a terrible service.

It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive. I was told that parcel has been dispatched on 14/10, it is 31/10 and it hasn’t arrived yet. No reply from Namly either. Terrible service, would never order again.

Ordered stickers weeks ago, still waiting for them. Fast dispatch it definitely isn’t and they aren’t based in the UK otherwise I would never have trusted them with my money. They give a false impression and I am yet to see a shred of customer service or professionalism. Sent loads of emails querying things and not a single reply. They are scammers, honestly do not order from them.

I placed an order on 19th of august and still haven’t received the stickers for my kid’s bedroom! Been contacting them about a refund considering the item is nowhere to be found and was asked to try and contact my local post office…i don’t even know which company they used. Also, the packages come from Denmark, not UK, even though their website is uk based. Don’t buy from them, you will never receive your order or a refund.

I ordered some (very expensive!) wall stickers on August 8th, which were needed for a birthday on August 16th. Based on the dispatch and delivery times quoted on the website (1 day, and 2-3 days respectively), I believed I had ordered in plenty of time. My order was not dispatched within 1 day (it took 3) and now, 10 days after ordering, the stickers still have not arrived meaning I was unable to transform my daughter’s bedroom as part of her birthday present on August 16th. Very, very disappointed, especially considering the cost of the stickers, and I would never have ordered if accurate dispatch and delivery times were quoted. To make matters worse, an email sent 2 days ago has been ignored entirely. Hi. Order stickers for my sons room. They were much more comfortable expensive then on Amazon. They came damaged badly packed. Delivery was not very quick as well. I wrote to customer service to change damaged items. Instead they advising me to put damaged ones on the wall. Shame. Do not order from there. The rating is very bad. I should look before.

How is this even possible? Why are you fooling people, with writing fast delivery? It's been over 10 days and i haven't gotten anything. My son began kindergarden. He was supposed to have the nametags already. If i knew, i would never have ordered fro you. I also send an email and nobody responded. Plus that the phone number on facebook is a fake one.Terrible in one word!

Ordered school stickers on 24th July , today is 4th August. Still waiting for my order, zero response on my emails from this company. Please do not order from them nothing !! Avoid !!! Rubbish customer service, how is that possible? take money from the buyer and not send the order??
