Ordered an item on the 27th November costing 59.99. Have still not received it. Checked the tracking today and that says it was delivered on 10th December.Not to me it wasn't!Raised it with the company giving detailed reasons why I know it hasn't been delivered to me but they have ignored those and just said the tracking says it has been delivered. I live in Sutton Coldfield and tracking also says it was delivered by the Lichfield Post Delivery service so something horribly wrong there. Some one in Lichfield now strolling around in my new jacket by sound of it.Will keep trying to obtain refund from the company but all sounds very dubious to me. Supposed to have been delivered by Royal Mail but they always notify you one way or another if they are delivering parcels and I have received no notification.

Nancy London UK is a total scam I purchased 3 items military outdoor clothing I ordered large which I am . And trust me when it arrived 1 month later from China , even though it's says Nancy UK they wouldn't fit my grandson age 10 this is totally fraud what they are doing i spent a total of £107 pounds I've asked for a return label they offered me a 30% refund to spend in store I refused asked for a return label now they have blocked me and there is no telephone number to get hold of them (warning) please don't buy from Nancy UK scammers

They have falsely sold a jumper advertised as cashmere when it’s got no cashmere in it at all! They are now refusing to refund me or let me return it! Disgusting company I have now reported them to trading standards so do not purchase anything stating it’s cashmere as it’s not! Certainly won’t be ordering anything else from them!

Avoid this company nothing is quality and defiantly no returns!!!!

The NancyLondon catalogue gives the impression of a high quality collection designed in the UK and trading from the UK with sweaters claiming to be lovingly knitted with pure Mongolian cashmere yarns and luxurious premium leather handbags made with exquisite craftmanship; same goes for shoes and boots. Granted that the designs are superb with something to suit all tastes and what's more all reduced by 50% of their original price in the sale. Brilliant!
But that is where it all ends because reality strikes when you receive your order only to find that nothing is how it was described.... swap luxurious to cheap tat from China!
They will not accept returns from sale items because it says so in their terms, so if you're not happy with your goods, they will offer you vouchers valued at 30% of your whole order towards your next order. As if there is going to be a next order!!

Scam website looks inviting but beware they are based in China they will not refund or accept returns and goods are not as described. A Scam !

Advert was a Sweater in Cashmere, I ordered Beige + was sent a white Polyester sweater! Not what I ordered! Unable to contact, as no phone no given.

I purchased two jumpers from Nancy London
Apollo™ - Element Vanguard Sweater - Red / 3XL
Turtleneck Sweater × 1 Orange/ 3XL
The size I purchased for both jumper is 3XL. But the jumpers received are much smaller than size 3XL. I measured both jumpers. One jumper is 67.5cm and the other is only 64 cm long. I checked the size table from Nancy London website. The length for 3XL is 71 cm. Obviously Nancy London sent the wrong size jumpers to me. Both jumpers have no size label at all. One jumper only has material and care label written in Chinese. The other has no label at all. Not a single label to be found. Nancy London pretend to be a UK company but actually based in China. They declare that they design for UK customers but don't label their clothing in English and don't attach a size label to their clothing. How strange.

I contacted Nancy London to explain that they sent wrong size jumpers and asked to return. But they replied to say that they don't accept returns because those jumpers sold at discounted price. But if you look at their web site, all products are selling at discount price. No a single one is selling at full price. If you look further, you can find that they promise if you are not satisfied with their products, they offer hassle free returns. Don't believe them, all liars.

I believe they deliberately don't attach size label to their clothing and pack random size when the order received. Then they will reject returns saying their return policy if no return for discounted item. Any way all their products are selling at discount price.

Please do not buy from this company It says it’s a UK company and I had my first suspicion when the goods took a month to be delivered It’s Chinese and a totally awful company. My jacket ordered in large was so small it would have fitted a child Asked for a refund refused as they said it was a sale item
Nowhere does it say in my order that it’s a sale item. after a couple of emails they have stopped responding So I am stuck with an item not fit for purpose I guess now I will have to put it down to a bad experience and lose my money.

I deeply regret not checking reviews before placing an order. Nancylondon.com is a complete scam—please, please don’t buy from them! I bought two jumpers, like others, and they were a total waste. When I contacted them, I realized there would be no refund. They offered me a 30% discount to order more—no thanks, I’m not falling for that again. I’m not going to return the products and spend even more money either. Losing some money is a hard lesson, but one I’ll learn from. disgusting!!

Would be a 0 star. Seems fraudulent. Item advertised as silk and elegant designer item a synthetic ugly appalinngly badly made travesty. I note on Companys house several resignations. Impossible to get full return of monies from them despite complaining i gave up with the company. Bank eventually refunded my money as I had paid by credit card. How this company are still advertising is incredible.

Do not buy from this company, I received faulty goods and was refused a refund as item was bought at sale price. Offered 50% off next order- a joke!!!
Followed up the offer having read reviews (should have done that first), and email came back saying no refund, no 50%.
How are they still trading!!!!

I strongly advise others to stay away from Nancy London to avoid falling victim to this scam. This company is not what it appears, and their products and customer service are far from acceptable.
They have no return policy, so once you've made a purchase, you're stuck with it—whether you like it or not. Their products are of the lowest quality imaginable, far worse than anything you’d expect. To make matters worse, they’re selling items that you can easily find on platforms like Temu and other discount websites, often for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers at all costs. Be careful, and don't make the same mistake I did!

This is an absolute SCAM of a company. They do not honour returns at all if the goods are not fit for purpose. They will ask you to return it (at your expense) for a replacement, which means they are in direct breach of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. If you look at Companies House, it says that they are in liquidation, so they are actually trading ILLEGALLY. I urge anyone who does make the mistake of using them to report them to Trading Standards. They should be forced to stop trading.

This is a con. Do not trust this company. Scam. They are based in China not London. They send products the wrong size and not as advertised. They said Cashmere and what was sent was acrylic. They state a 'Return Guarantee' but they do not honor it, they offer 15% discount off the next order. As if anyone is daft enough to order again. This I believe this is in violation of my consumer rights and should be reported.
