Received a jacket that looked nothing like what it did on their website when it arrived it was like cheap and nasty plastic when i asked for a returns label and made a complaint, they sent me their rules on returns which is nothing can ever be returned to them so just dont buy absolute scum bags I paid £50 which I cannot get back so i might as well put it down the drain

What a load of rubbish keep well away wish I seen the true reviews on trust pilot not the fake ones on there site.Bought a pair of boot's they came unboxed in a bag they weren’t even the boots I ordered cheap stuff from china.

Terrible experience, total con. Chinese based company, goods do not match adverts. long delivery time (weeks) not 1-3 days as advertised, won’t actually let you return goods, no refunds, ignore emails. Basically everything that could be wrong about this company is!

Utterly fraudulent. I ordered a so-called cashmere sweater from Nancy London and when it arrived I found it to be cotton. I tried sending it back but they said it had been 'on special' and therefore I was not entitled to. I have since written to the Advertising Standards Authority and would suggest you do too if you have been ripped off by this company.

Unfortunately, I was misled until the item arrived. The label clearly states 95% polyester and 5% spandex, which is far from the "cashmere" that was advertised. To my dismay, all the reviews I found afterward describe the exact same issue I’ve experienced. I feel foolish for falling for this fraudulent advertising. The red flag should have been when I noticed—too late—that the item was shipping from China rather than London, as initially claimed. I regret not checking the reviews before making the purchase.

Don’t even deserve 1 star what a disgusting company I ordered 1 jumper and they sent me 2 ,did not answer my querie about sending it back I have lost nearly £50 and have got no chance of getting it back , this company is a complete joke , they con anyone who deals with them. Please be advised to avoid at all costs , and let’s hope they go bankrupt……

Never ever buy anything from Nancylondon company. Pure scam. Read all the other reviews. It's all true. I regret being silly and not checking this company before this purchase!

I bought a sweater supposedly knitted in Mongolian cashmere yarns, and it turned out to be 95% polyester and 5% Spandex. I tried to return it, and they said that since I bought it on discount, they would not accept returns.

Can’t believe I fell for this..just wanted a nice jumper and got scammed in the process.
Not cashmere, poor quality, no support when trying to return the jumper, unbelievable.
Hopefully this will make me feel better!!!
I’ve reported them to trading standards, hopefully they’ll be kick of Companies House, no more scamming good willed people.

I have unfortunately bought from this dreadful company and have suffered the same treatment as other reviews, i am going to contact my bank as they are obviously fraudsters

This is a scam Chinese website.
They misleading customers and selling polyester as luxury cashmere, and refuse returns. YouTube advertising this website. I complained, but they still advertising this website. If you bought anything from them and realised that you have been screwed please report them to scam police. It will help to shut this "company" down.

Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy anything from them, this is a scam company. Product I purchased was advertised as cashmere but when it arrived is labelled as polyester and spandex. I contacted the firm asked how I can return only to be told that it was a special offer so un-refundable. They apologised and offered a 30% which I rejected asked for my money to be refunded again. They again came back with 50%. I have decided to forgive myself for my foolish purchase, lick my wounds and write poor reviews to console myself.

Just foolishly purchased what was being advertised as cashmere jumper when it is does not contain a shred of any type of wool never mind cashmere. No way to return this item either or get a refund. An absolute bunch of scam artists. Avoid at all costs!!!

Please be careful with this Company DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM BE WARNED. THEY HIDE BEHIND THERE RETURNS POLICY OF DISCOUNTED GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED…..I PURCHASED A JUMPER FROM THEM IN SIZE L when it arrived it had a badly stitched wrist cuff and would not fit a 7 year old totally not fit for purpose! I sent photographers of the fault also explained there very poor sizing and asked for a pre paid label to return for a full refund long story short they refused I explained several times that they are breaking the Consumer rights Act of 2015 and distance selling act, but all they keep offering me is a 50% discount off another purchase and apologising, obviously I'm not taking them up on the offer!
This Company should NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE IN THE UK. Buyers beware horrendous Company. I’m now going to my Credit Card Company In order for them to take this up on my behalf, hopefully they’ll sort it and I’ll be reimbursed. An update I have received a full refund from this Company thanks to my credit card Co. If you have paid with a credit card it’s worth taking your complaint to them they will do their best to retrieve your money!

BE WARNED, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Waste of money. One star is too much for this company. Goods are not as described, materials are not as described and totally inferior. Cannot get them to respond to my request for a refund. Disgusted.
