If I could have given minus 5 stars I would have done so - DON’T BUY FROM THEM - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS - I have had tested the “Cashmere” jumpers I stupidly bought from them - cheap Chinese junk.
Viscose and nylon - no cashmere in sight - DON’T put them near flame - you may find that they will melt against your skin there are no labels on them - they should be in Chinese prison - - I have taken small claim out against them as the jumpers were sent from a British address in Cannock.

One star is TOO good for this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read the reviews before I did! My jumper took WEEKS to arrive. It was faulty AND far too small - even though I had ordered up as suggested. They will not let me return the faulty jumper as 'it was a sale item'.... disgusting.

Jumpers advertise as cashmere turned out to be acrylic and polyester. No resemblance to cashmere. When I complained they said no returns because the 2 jerseys I bought were sale items. They referred to their returns policy. However, substandard or false claims re materials composition by law can be returned with a full refund. I haven’t got anywhere yet but taking it to Trading Standards and Citizen Advice centre. DON’T be tempted.

The goods are not of the quality expected. Size very small and what is listed as cashmere is polyester.
Had bought previously wth same problem. Plus shipping comes from China and takes 2wks.

Everything is Plastic,!!!!!it's advertising and then they don't refund!!!I should have known when the package took forever to arrive it was coming from Hong Kong. No come back. Please do not make the same mistake.

Looking for a slouchy cashmere jumper, which is clearly displayed and described on the website - the jumper has no labels or tags, apart from a tiny one in the side seam - 95% polyester and 5% spandex - better go to Primark for better value. Do not buy!

I purchased a jumper, cashmere apparently, it arrived, no cashmere, man made fibre, completely different to the picture. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WONT REFUND EITHER. SO I AM NOW STUCK WITH A TERRIBLE JUMPER COSTING 37.90. WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONG KONG BASED COMPANY, SCAM ALLERT.

I ordered a Grey Sweater September 2nd it took 15 days to arrive I was sent a Beige one not Grey how do I get my order or my money back .
Reading other people's reviews most experienced the same as me (wish I'd read before ordering )

WARNING! 1 star is a HUGE exaggeration. I looked at the returns page on their website before buying and was satisfied. I ordered 2 sweaters advertised as 100% cashmere…no cashmere whatsoever in the garment or on the labels. I requested a refund and they said no refunds on sale items! I clicked their Evri link for returns but the link didn’t register the company! I have emailed them several times. Their returns policy doesn’t exist. There are none. I am lodging a complaint via Citizens Advice. This company is a Scam and I’m amazed they have been allowed to sell on Google!

Bought what I believed was as was described a 'leather' bag but it was Plastic & Nothing like the description said too.
I am disgusted that whoever it is who Allows this company to advertise on a website to the vunerable UK people they are targeting !
Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive & nearly ordered 2x . Thank goodness I must have had some concerns then.
Further Evri who handled the delivery , should be made aware of how they are being 'used' by a scam compay !
Hopefully my bank will credit back what Im owed .

ZERO STARS. Do not buy. They pass off polyester as Cashmere. They do not give refunds as they say. All clothing is on offer there and they lie and say offer clothes are not covered by refunds. Even though they say 100% refunds.

Total liars. Misleading name. Nothing to do with the UK at all. Caught me as the shoes ordered are still in China. Scammers and should be closed down. Refusing to refund me so contacting my bank for fraud. I suspect they are using personal information too as I have been receiving strange trader messages since making my order. Been blocking them. This needs to stop! Livid!

Appalling company. Not based in London, appalling quality, tiny sizing and impossible to return. I attempted emailing customer services 3 times with no satisfactory response, i finally tracked down a return address - some dodgy PO box in a Chinese warehouse and sent my garbage down jacket back at huge expense. Got no refund, package delayed at customs for months & out of the blue it was returned to me, even more dog eared after a round the world trip 8 months later. If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolute rubbish!!! It's going in the bin

They do not refund or exchange any goods and their sizes are nothing like uk sizes - Avoid

I'm afraid to say that I too got caught by these con artists. Ordered two items for size choice, tried to send one back and was told I didn't qualify for a refund as the item was 'on offer'. Never had an experience like this before with online shopping and it has taught me to check online about all companies who I have not heard of before. Absolutely disgraceful that people like this are allowed to get away with this con!!!
