Avoid like the plague. Trust pilot should allow zeros. This company are nothing short of crooks and I feel really foolish for not having done my research before ordering from them. The goods are cheap quality and then they refuse to refund as they were in the sale. ALL items on their website are advertised as being discounted which means they will never refund anything to anyone. I have reported to Google and trading standards as they should not be promoting them. It's a disgrace

As several others have already said, I recently ordered an item which I needed to return due to size, however I too was informed that I would only be offered a gift card or discount on a further purchase. If only I had read these reviews first, I could have saved myself a lot of money.

This is a no star review - but Trustpilot doesn't allow it.
Just like everyone else, I purchased in good faith but when the item arrived it was just a piece of cheap rubbish. I too was offered incremental levels of discount rather than a refund. They refused point blank to accept the return, despite me quoting the law at them.
I also tried to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the funds (a very time consuming process) and today received a letter telling me they couldn’t help!
It makes my blood boil that this business is allowed to continue to trade and rip people off. How on earth do they sleep at night. I’m going to try to raise this with Trading Standards and refer them to everyone else’s comments on here.

Just wish I’d read the reviews before making an order.
Everything I’ve read since is true.
Never again will I order from an unknown company without reading reviews first.
So sad that there are so many dishonest people in the world.

BUYER BEWARE!! Like many others I bought items. They were not suitable, poor quality, poor fit and wanted to return them. Refunds not allowed on items bought at a discount. Nowhere on their website does it state this! It gives the impression that refunds are easy. Like others I was offered a 30% discount on future orders, then a 50% discount when I refused this. I consulted a solicitor for advice but soon realised that for a relatively small amount there was little to be done to recoup the money without costing me a great deal more. I'm still investigating which bodies I can report them to for their business practices.

They are a complete SCAM they did not send what I ordered and refused to refund my Money

Ordereda mens green jumper on their website when it arrived today from China it was a tatty inferior top that I would imagine would cost about £3 if that I paid £25 supposed to have been reduced by 50% I am warning other people about nancy of London who advertise on Facebook and con people out of a lot of money please be aware

expressed I terest in a product and left it for perusal at a later date, they barraged me with discount on the price, 1st 10% then 15%, they market their products as quick and easy returns, but as thus product was supposed to be medium, it is so small, cheap and nasty, totally not representational of the photo, I usually buy small, but on this occasion opted for medium just in case, so small and nasty cheap material , it wouldn't fit a child..I have been duped into accepting their product discounted because in tiny writing it says no returns on sale items, they procured me into a discounted price to secure their company with my funds fir something totally unsuitable...they are offering me a 30% discount of future purchases, but if they offered ne 95% discount I would not have anything more yo do with this company, buyer beware! It says free delivery because it comes from China and taked weeks to arrive...they are welcome to my £21,00 for a pack of 4 bras, which incidentally, each pack has emblazoned over it 'free bra' they will lose more from , it took 4 emails to get any kind of response from them,..I am a LOYAL returning buyer on Amazon, who are always amazing to me with exceptional customer service...I repeat purchase from them fir that reason, so Bancy London will lose out, all my friends are not impressed with how I've been treated...

This company are a absolute disgrace ,i have requested a return label on 3 occasions but did not recieve ,they allow 14 days for return but it takes that amount of time for their useless postage and then they charge extortionate rates ,DO NOT USE this company ,a complete scam

The website is all a lie, they claim to have almost 5 starts on Trustpilot and they always have a 'sale' and the items all come from China, nothing to do with London. The quality is really bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM NANCY LONDON! I usually do my home work and check the reviews. I didn't and wow now I have. Every review is genuine and correct and I feel really stupid for not checking before buying! Bought 5 polo shirts which on the face of it, the quality does seem okay however, I ordered them in XXXL which like everyone else's has arrived so far under size I'd say the shirts are only fit for an 8 year old, are not fit for purpose and are misrepresented. How is this company still trading in the UK? At least I do have some material for my money. As everyone points out the T&C's are a sham ... no refunds available. The T&C's are contrary to the Sale of Goods Act! They rely on people not wasting more time and effort trying to recover their money. It is not a case of being careful ... buy from Nancy London and you will be BITTEN and HARD!

They would not refund or exchange my goods despite me contacting them many times don't waste your time or money on these cowboys

Try to cancel their emails...impossible this is a terrible company.Their unsubscribe system is a sham they dont want you tovunsubscribe

The trustpilot site ask me a question which made me laugh 😆 it said what went wrong this time!!! Well they got that right-firstly since my last they still won’t replace or exchange for a large size then blow me a second item arrived as per another order at it was too small as well !! The bottom line is their sizing is all wrong that’s why there so cheap - I put this new fillet up against a PGA golf top I have and that is “L” British 🇬🇧 size and it was wait for it7cm 3 inches under the bottom of the arms short !! How mad is that and then they say they won’t replace it -the quality is actually very good such a shame the company isn’t - I sent them yet another email saying 2 things . Such a shame customer service is awful and 2. Such a shame their staff will end up on the dole as they will be put out of business and they loose their jobs even though they worked hard - their reply “”GO AWAY!!” Well in think that’s what they meant !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! EVER!!! I did and got SCAMMED !! STAY SAFE

I ordered some shoes and they were not what was advertised!

The offered 50% off and would not allow a refund. I would advise everyone to go to their banks to claw their money back. I got them involved and they gave it back. If they didn't give it back then my bank would log it as scam/fraud.

Don't touch. A Chinese company pretending to be English. I ordered a shirt. When it came, it was very small, even though I ordered a large size. They refused a refund so I stopped the payment because I had paid by credit card.

This company miss-represent the description of their clothes.
They will not take returns. They offer 50% discount on other of their goods but will not take returns.
Do not order anything unless you are sure you will not need a to return.
Shabby company.

Please Please please don't buy from this company!!!
Bought 3 genuine luxurious leather bags that were reduced.
When they arrived I opened the packaging and a strong PVC smell hit me, they were cheap PVC.
And as others have said. No refunds on reduced items.
But everything they sell is discounted!!!
So can't return anything.
Luckily I ordered on my credit card and got my money back.
Such a con company.

Same problem. They misrepresented the size of the shirt. Claimed as it was a 'sale' item, no returns. Pointed out to them they had misrepresented the size, and so their exclusion was void. They offered me a 50% discount. Why would I pay them more for something I had no trust would be my size. Avoid this company. It went into liquidation last year and gives all the appearance its now operating as a scam.

Substandard. I wish I had read the reviews prior to seeing what I believed was a decent offer. The linen shirts I purchased were supposed to be 2XL, when they arrived they were extremely small and would not fit a child. I contacted the email supplied and they referred me to their returns policy, stating no refunds on sale items, then to compound my frustration offered me 30% of my next purchase. Looking at the reviews for the company it is obviously a scam, knowingly sending out sub-standard goods in the knowledge that they never refund or except any liability for the products they are sending out. I purchased my shirts via an advert on Facebook. My advice to anyone wishing to buy from this company is do not.
