Thanks to all who wrote the following honest reviews. The world is full of scammers which is why I looked for independent reviews before I decided to order. I have not and will not order this product and again I thank you all for saving me from this scammer.

Does not do what they claim. Not only didn't remove scratch but left a white reside in the scratch on my black car and also abraded the surrounding surface, removing the shine.
Nanosparkle offered a 65% refund which I accepted but then they claimed the refund could not be processed because I had opened a case through PayPal and should close it. PayPal advise no attempt had been made to refund and not to close the case but to escalate it.
I conveyed this to nano sparkle and gave then 24 hours before escalating.
PayPal took over the case, decided in my favour and processed a full 100% refund a few days later.
Very glad I paid through PayPal.
Nanosparkle should not promote this product which is not only useless but causes damage to otherwise pristine paintwork

Yep this is a total scam! I had spoke to customer service (Michael) who said that the my item (NanoSparkle cloth) had been shipped and provided me with a tracking number that doesn’t even exist. I paid via PayPal and he said that it may have been delivered to a different address as that was on my order. However I paid via PayPal and my address on that account automatically defaults my actual address on the purchases I’ve ordered online. Then I review it on my order to confirm prior to submitting my purchase. I eventually emailed the customer service again and his excuse was that the address I provided was different. This is so frustrating. How can people get away with this. Don’t they have anything better to do. I’m so annoyed and really disappointed by this company. What bloody a$$holes!!!

I ordered this cloth on 29th December. Its 8th January and I have a feeling its a scam and I am annoyed with myself. I saw an advert for this and thought it looked good as I have some surface scratches on my car. When I ask where the goods are. I just receive a computer generated email by support staff who are dealing with the query and no other reply is forthcoming. Do not buy this product. I will report them to Action fraud. Please report them re fraud. I spent £25.00. Its a scam!

Paid 25.12.2020 still not received 6.01.2021. Lost £26.00.

I ordered a cloth in November and have still not received anything. Service has been very poor
Since writing this I have now had a reply from nano sparkle and they say I will receive a new one.

I feel stupid as I saw advert and thought it looked good, read some glowing reviews and so ordered it was only when I confirmed order I saw amount for postage (£11+). Arrived today with free gift but cost £34 for 2 packets with cloths and free! night vision glasses. Haven't tried them yet but having seen these reviews don't expect much. Think the whole advert was misleading and feel well and truly conned.

Used paypal luckily to pay for this garbage - now opened dispute for ful refund through them - Item eventually arrived - 2 cloths with covered in some horrendous foul smelling liquid in 2 x plastic pouches. not even bothering to use them. have messaged these people through paypal to let them know I want a full refund. Hopefully paypal will resolve it

I totally endorse all the other bad reviews. They say they ship via UPS but all UPS does is to deliver it to the local US post office. I ordered on 8 September. It is now 1 October and absolutely no sign of it. And just rehearsed platitudes from their staff. Avoid like the plague - actually the plague might be preferable

I have only just found the genuine reviews for this product. It is not easy to find as most people are looking for nano magic cloth reviews. There is no indication on the site that they are sending from USA. I realised there was a problem almost immediately ( just try taking them up on their free gift ..and find out what happens) I cancelled straight away and they chose to ignore the cancellation and dispatched the item the following day despite my protests. This has still not arrived. I will wait the full 28 days and ask for my refund. Will be interesting to see if I get it. I will update. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THESE REVIEWS AND DON'T PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

If I could give this product zero I would. It claims to remove serious scratches but does nothing of the sort.
The car is as damaged as it was and I'm seriously out of pocket.
Do not buy this 'magic' cloth as all it will do is magically take your money. Total rubbish.

If I could give a review with no stars i would but it doesn't let you. Stay away from this place. You will never get your order and the support is very bad.

Beware when on Pinterest. It looks good. Makes no mention of shipping from the States - which the courier takes months to deliver. Despite chasing for a refund or another to be sent, you are ignored. Customer complaint closed down. For £28 this aint cheap. Finally received it 5 months later. Not sure if it is any better than Halford's similar product at £3 less.

This company is good at replying with vague promises of helpful service but nothing positive.Trying to get a refund is worse than getting blood out of a stone.Nturally i haven't got a refund but the stone's looking good.

It is a shame, bur I have the same expirience, and now as I read this, I dont think it has any change to send it back and get my money back.
Why more cashing money than the order ?? 3 times deducted from my credit card. That is not oke, why deduct the first time € 60,30, the same day € 18,00 and € 9,15 ??? It was an once in a time order !!! TOOOO expensive as my husband said.

Exactly the same experience as Janet below.. a friend ordered them for me but the cloths are useless and they ship from the states so even tho expensive it's hardly worth shipping back under the returns within 14day rule. They seem to offer buy one get one free on their site but somehow they manage to ramp the bill up anyway, hopefully this will stop other people making the same mistake, there are other poor reviews on the web and complaints of non-arrival and no refund.

Followed the instructions - simple enough, wear gloves and wipe cloth repeatedly over the scratches until they disappear. I think there would be no difference if I did this from now until Christmas! Cost me best part of £26 for two seemingly useless cloths. Ever been had?!
