We bought a mattress and duvet cover and it is spot on, like we are sleeping on bed - very comfortable. Easy to roll up and store too.

However the customer service is out of this world and after leaving our original mattress in Italy NAPS kindly gave us a discount so we could purchase a new one for a similar cost of the courier.

Customer service is excellent! I ordered on Wednesday evening and emailed to ask if I could pay extra for fast delivery to receive for the weekend but there was no need! For no extra charge it was sent out the following day and received by Friday lunchtime. Couldn’t ask for better service from a small company and the mattress toppers themselves were perfect. Having arthritis in both my shoulder and hips I’ve been looking for a topper that gives enough comfort for a good nights sleep and that’s exactly what I got. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Would give more stars if I could

Bought a full width topper for our T5 SWB which has a lovely wide bed. Fits perfectly. Also used on the sagging mattress of our sofa bed for an emergency stay!
Ordering was clear and simple and the mattress came very quickly - within 5 days.

Sent a message through Facebook on a Sunday evening to check how long delivery would take as i wanted it the weekend coming, got a message back 5 minutes later with the information I needed. Placed my order for a full width mattress and storage bag. Turned up 24 hours later all sealed properly in a bag and a box. Rolled it out in the van and left it for 48 hours. Used it that weekend and it is more comfortable than the self Inflating mattress we had! It may be a little pricey but the quality, fit and the comfortability is worth it! Also the storage bag is a little bit bigger which is perfect as once you've rolled it up and put the 2 straps around to keep it together it's simple to put back in the bag, you can do it with 1 person!

There is no doubt these are lovely mattresses and look very comfortable, but unfortunately for us the pop top mattress was too big for our skyline roof, and the mattress for our rock and roll just takes up too much space when packed away, so we have gone for self inflating mattresses, just so we have more storage space in our VW Transporter Campervan, takes nothing away from these mattresses because they are excellent quality, and I’m gutted we didn’t get to try them, so anyone out there there for a unused mattress get in touch

I purchased a NAPS topper for our campervan, and overall, it's a fantastic product. The topper is high-quality, very comfortable, and holds heat well—perfect for a good night's sleep. The customer service was responsive during a minor color swap issue, and delivery was prompt. Easy to store, making it very practical. Would recommend!

The matress and cover sheet our very good quality and fitted my RIB bed perfectly. The matress is very comfortable very happy with the purchase. Also was on delivered very quickly.

Well we’ve tried this out and what an absolute amazing purchase. So comfortable. I have chronic back pain and have no problems sleeping on this mattress.

Bought the NAPS 112cm topper along with fitted sheet and storage bag. The topper was a perfect size for my Transit Custom Camper Van and could be used on the R&R bed or up in the pop top.
Items arrived on time, looked good and were of good quality.
We left the topper expand in our spare room for a couple of days before putting on the fitted sheet and rolling it up and trying the storage bag. Glad to report that the whole procedure was straight forward and the storage bag is plenty big enough to hold the mattress - some time it is a struggle to pack mattress' into storage bags.
We used it on a two night camper trip in South Wales on a chilly late November. The rolled up mattress fits nicely at the back of the van. Fits perfectly on our R&R bed and was really comfortable for the two nights we were there.
Again it rolled up easily whilst in the van when we returned the R&R bed to a seat.
Overall very pleased with our purchase.

Bought a naps topper for our t5 in August 24 and have done over 30nights on it since then. First night it wasn't the best suspect it was us getting used to it.(it had been left to expand) but after that it's the best thing we've used very comfortable and also holds heat very well. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a couple of nights away in campervan and had a good nights sleep fits nicely in the bag,purchased a 112cm for a SWB R & R bed and fits perfectly tight squeeze when storing on back seat of bed but does fit.Can be stored in pop top when top is up..Happy with purchase

From placing the order to receiving a call as there was a delay in despatching for the colour sheet I had original chosen so I swapped, the service has been exceptional. The product is of a high quality and is a great upgrade on our original thinner mattress.

Ordered a pop top mattress and cover which arrived quickly. One item was missing and was rectified immediately. First class customer service. This mattress is excellent and is a complete game changer for sleep and comfort. 5 stars ⭐️

Brilliant mattress I've tried a few things in our van but this was the best finally a comfy sleep/bliss!!

Order arrived quicker than expected and the topper is fantastic quality and comfort. I had to contact as part of my order was missing and it was sorted straight away after a chat with the staff who were great. I always value a company more for how the customer service is if you need help, I can honestly say NAPs are 100% wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
