They had the product that I needed at a good price and shipping was not terrible.

Occasional repeat purchaser. Lowest price + shipping scrounger. Ordered on the Sat the 6th, out on Tues the 9th. I usually can't beat the Nassau National Cable price for wire. And I'm not buying spools. I will when I rewire my 100 yr old house. By far I am not a large volume purchaser and I save 3-5x local prices, even with shipping. There are various minimum lengths for best pricing, but you have to expect that. Amazon and eBay fill in for those times. Shipping is always fast and reasonable. Wire is heavy, especially when doing 4 wire service feeds. They are fast on email questions. If you can wait 4-5 days, buy from Nassau, you will save on quality, marked wire. Always check for a coupon, usually 5% or better floating around.

The website is easy to navigate, Great prices.

I cannot recommend this company for electrical contractors, as this is the second instance of delays and incorrect items being sent, which has resulted in rescheduling and financial loss for me., I find it quite unreasonable that they only offer apologies. This is the second time this has occurred. I was considering giving them another chance, but it seems futile. I would advise against ordering from them.
Apologies are their specialty, apparently!
I appreciate the $100 gift card they sent in response to my review, but I mentioned that it does not compensate for my financial loss and suggested they keep it.

The email telling me my order had been delivered asked for my opinion on the delivery/shipping.

In a word? "HORRIBLE"

Why?

Nassau National Cable staff had no interest whatsoever in making my life anything but a living annoyance. To use only UPS to ship is awful ... it's limiting, expensive, and in my case causes delays as well. Needlessly.

I live in Alaska. The order would have cost AT LEAST $187 to ship here with UPS. (which is more than the cost of the cable I was buying).

It would have cost "maybe" $44 to ship it here with USPS, and I would have had it already.

Instead, it cost me almost $40 to ship to a warehouse in Idaho with UPS, which, by the way, was higher cost than the online shipping estimate ... this arrived at the warehouse today.

Then they are going to repackage it, and send it to me. The cost will be $5 for their efforts, and whatever the actual postage is ... which ... being Flat Rate Priority USPS, will be around $40. (FYI, was more than that, so I chose Ground Advantage, causing more delay ... but had I got NNC to send me this via USPS Priority, it would have been here last week, and it would have been cheaper than the overall cost is now)

You could have saved me time and grief and money, but you did not care to. Your staff seems to simply ignore everything, and I spent a week trying to work it out.

I do not like you very much at all, Nassau Cable! It's too bad, too, since you have lots of great products. But I make it a point to avoid companies that ship using only UPS (or FedEx, for that matter), as it limits options, is more expensive, and is often slower, while costing more.

Great customer service. They gave me the best price, their sales rep followed up, they delivered my wire quickly and the delivery driver was courteous and helpful. The whole purchase process was great.

I have used your company before and everything was fine ,items were as described, and shipping reasonable price and timely, however this time I left items in my cart until I could check with the costumer on whether they wanted copper or if aluminum would work to save some money. Sala from your company reached out to me and discussed my purchase and I explained to him the situation, after discussing with the costumer we decided to go with the aluminum and I called back to purchase order Quote #D63329 he said just to click on the buy now button, I did that and called back to verify and Sala said it was all good. Than the next day got an email stating that the items purchased were not in stock and that an additional 49 dollars for shipping would be required, after several emails I was told that I would receive items purchased per the quote with no additional shipping. Several days later I received a partial order so I called once again to try and straighten this issue out and was told that they would check with the warehouse and see what happened and give me a call back. I got no call back that day so I once again I called your company back and believe I talk to the same person who told me that the missing item would arrive today so I asked for a tracking number and as of now have not received the tracking number or the missing item.
Please look into this matter and get back to me ASAP

Good morning, I’m sorry to say my experience was not good, partly because my mailbox in point Roberts had closed, I did not know that when I used that address. But after that I did receive 1 fitting, I needed at least two and I think I ordered 4 fittings. Also when the one 3 dollar fitting showed up there was a 142 dollar shipping fee. The 7/16 x 1/4 male adapter was exactly what I needed but I needed a couple more. Anyway, how ever that happened I’m still short and it wasn’t that great of an experience, thanks for the one fitting though

Rapid delivery, competitive price. New clean 10/3 seoow. No nonsense about "delivery fee" seems every business in world sees opportunity post tarrifs to artificially increase prices even with USA manufactured goods. Glad to see these folks did not jump on that bandwagon. Cord was Southwire, obviously new,unused, properly marked.

This item worked great for a solvent recovery/recirculation system I designed for my garage parts washer. Solid sturdy construction with a nice silicone seal around the locking lid should last a lifetime. Nassau Electrical provided fast shipping and great customer service.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, good prices

This was my third purchase from this company. I appreciate the live chat feature to get technical advice when needed. Overall cost was the lowest. Even with shipping costs, the price was significantly lower than our local big box chain stores or electrical supply house. They also have a much larger inventory of cables. I was able to select the cable I specifically needed for my project rather than settle for the one cable the big box stores had. Shipping time is also very reasonable usually less than a week for my location (Ohio). If I need cable for any future projects, I will certainly purchase from Nassau Cable again.
