Minor Damage
Delivery was delayed but arrived in due time on the second attempt. Upon receipt, two of the boxes were damaged at the corners, exposing the products. The boards are in fair condition but one box of boards has knackered edges. Imagine we can use the boards without much fuss as we can tape these edges where needed.

Great service and very fast delivery service. Boards are ideal for my conservatory floor. Still waiting to put them down properly but already feel warm underfoot.

There was an issue with my order and they kept me regularly updated on progress and chased suppliers and delivery companies to ensure my order was met and delivered on time. I felt really valued as a customer and my concerns were listened to and patiently dealt with every time. Cannot rate highly enough.

Price was very competitive and inital service was great. We had a late and damaged package but the issues were resolved promptly by Martin.

Great customer service, better products than the generics of the local “warehouse” waterproofing options and fast free delivery.
Late order, but courier fault
Order came on two different days. Courier said this is how they got it from Nassboards. I wrote to Nassboards and they told me and proved is not their fault, so cannot blame them for the delay.
For me as a project manager what mattered is that I lost more than 1 day with this. Product is really good quality (used them before), they would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt for the delay.
