I bought a router from this store and had a good experience. The ordering was easy, and the delivery was relevantly quick. The router works well and arrived in good condition and packaging was great. Fast delivery , correct prices , just as described

First tine ordering at Nasstore. Found the desired router by google at this company. Checked trustpilot for reviews about Nasstore. Ordered the router, and hey!; Everything worked out fine. The router got delivered 5 days later from Latvia to Holland for a better price, securely packed and in perfect working order. Will order here again.

Delivery took a long time, but the price was the best that I could find locally. Would like to receive automatic status updates about my order. There where no info after initiat online purchase status, had to call them.

The price was the best I could find anywhere, and the help I got after the sale was fantastic. Two of the discs were incompatible with the NAS device in the same order (or may have been faulty), and the sales team helped with supporting me after this and enabling a return.

The packaging of my delivery could have been better: There was plenty of padding in the box, but it was all on one side, and the goods themselves were all in one corner of the box, so they were unprotected by padding on two sides. Thankfully there was no damage.

It would also be nice if a compatibility guide were provided for NAS devices and hard discs. Two of the four discs I ordered didn't work with the NAS device I bought in the same order. They weren't listed on Synology's compatibility list, but many discs are known to work anyway despite this. If NAS Store built up their own incompatibility list based on drives that had to be returned but weren't technically faulty, that could help with this.
