The prize structure for normal draws are an embarrassment. The highlight for everyone was the “Must Be Won” aspect…. At least if nobody won the big prize, all the other prizes were sufficiently... See more

They've made a massive mistake with…the new double draw
They've made a massive mistake with this new double draw£10 instead of £30 for three numbers it was that 7 or 8 years ago and now£1- for 2 numbers what an insult must think the public's stupid Definitely now looking for different sites.
New Lotto lower tier prizes gone back to 1990s won’t be playing it again.
The new change that came into effect around the 10th June is absolute rubbish, it’s gone backwards to the late 1990s in its prize money allocation, gone from £30 for 3 numbers back to £10, 2 numbers used to give you a free lucky dip worth £2, now you win £1.00, so you’re not even getting the equivalent, you’re getting half, are they totally stupid or just obscenely greedy, my money is on greedy, all they’ve done is given extra prizes on the top 2, all 6 numbers and 5+ bonus ball, these are the ones that rarely come up as the odds are astronomical. I own a company with 12,000 people in it, scattered over various branches, every single one of them was in one of the syndicates that they run together playing twice a week, that’s £48,000 per week they paid to the lotto company just from my company alone. Having seen the changes to the lower tier prizes they have all stopped every single syndicate and not one of them is playing the new lotto, they are looking at alternatives. The whole lotto should be removed from Allwyn and closed down as it’s clearly being abused and rinsed by the owners, it should be government run to fund nhs and schools, not some greedy bastards life style.
Nooooooo nooooo the national lottery…
Nooooooo nooooo the national lottery messed up very messed up with this new way with the pay outs for lotto and lotto hot pick not happy bring the old way much better more money why would I pay £2 per line on lotto for such lower pay out £1 for 2 numbers & £10 for three numbers sort it out before no one will ever play again & for lotto hot picks 3 numbers £400 where it was £800 before not good not good at all
I wish there was a ‘no star’ option.
I wish there was a ‘no star’ option.
Camelot had their issues, but this new bunch are absolutely crap! £1 back for 2 numbers, what is the point!
What a waste of time.
Dreadful new lottery format
The new format of having two draws is absolutely dreadful with the smaller prizes just not worth having. It used to be £30 for three numbers which althoug a small amount was nice to win and made it worthwhile now it's ten pounds. Today I had two numbers and instead of a lucky dip I was given £1 pathetic!!! seriously considering looking at other lotteries now.
New lottery draw what a load of rubbish…
New lottery draw what a load of rubbish massively reduced prizes costs £2 and you can win £1... 3 numbers prize reduced by £20...and so on terrible... they say it's better lmao wake up allwyn I mean how often do you even get 2 or three numbers anyway 🤣 pathetic...I will never play again 🧐🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Can't put numbers on for whole month
The national lottery app is particularly rubbish as it doesn't let you put numbers on for 5 weeks which is important for the thousands of small syndicates that put all their numbers on monthly. Is this really difficult to offer.
Won't be playing anymore!have decided…
Won't be playing anymore!have decided to save the money I spend weekly. The new prize money for 5 numbers a thousand pound REALLY ! And for 2 numbers one whole pound BEHAVE bye bye 👋
Revert back to the old website
When attempting to replay my last numbers for the next 4 weeks, it can now only pick up on a lucky dip that you've won? Messages aren't clearly showing which have and haven't been opened. I can no longer view or screenshot the entire tickets, which is annoying when I want to check if I've won, since you can't log in in the small hours. This website used to be really easy to navigate, now it just gives me a headache. It's also annoying that I missed to renew my 4 weekly tickets on lotto and set for life because no email had been sent to inform me they'd ended. None of these things were an issue before.
Sarcasm and Exasperation is not an Appropriate Response
Today, I encountered an error with my online account and so for the first time ever, I rang the National Lottery helpline. I was treated to heavy sarcasm, disbelief and utter frustration in my response to my description of my account's interaction with the website. If everything always works the way it should, there would be no need for a helpline!
Please employ people with a longer fuse, who don't treat you like an idiot and who don't respond with "nah" when you point our their obvious exasperation.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star but can’t…
Wouldn’t even give 1 star but can’t bypass that.
Get log in errors everyday and lasts for weeks so how are you meant to play.
Absolutely awful but won’t do anything to sort it 😡
It's a big scam
It's a big scam, no one has ever won big money, only small amounts of money, it's better for people to save their money, you can't win here, I tried it and the winnings were a maximum of 5 pounds and when I wanted to transfer them to my account, it couldn't be done, my own experience and I'm not alone, many people see it the way I do because they tried it
Can't login
Can't login. Again. Whomever is operating this is simply not up to the job.
Unable to update my debit card due to 6…
Unable to update my debit card due to 6 week old transaction not clearing.
On line support not responding.
Kept on hold for 30 minutes before i gave up trying to sort my account.
There is a major problem with this app and the organisation that run it.
Where are the call handlers?
Shockingly awful app.
Shockingly awful app.. can't update cards, blocks log ins and totally unreliable. Who designs these dreadful apps? . For a multi million pound company its truly awful management. Judging by the 1 star on Trust Pilot they don't care about resolving issues.
How many complaints do you get about…
How many complaints do you get about how vile the app is. I just played Euromillions then decided to go for lotto tonight (Wednesday) but the app is DELIBERATELY CONFUSING and designed to trap you into playing more than one line. I gave up . This is no accident and I want Camelot back.
UPDATE TUESDAY 9 JUNE 2026 8.08pm. Didn't realise the time as my cousin was paying a brief visit from Glasgow. Couldn't understand why the Euromillions log in couldn't be found. Of course it's closed now. However when Camelot operated it you could still see a message. Two things that has me BOILING WITH RAGE. I made a complaint and was told by the useless gambling commission that I had to complain directly to the company. In doing so I received what was obviously a standard reply full of absolute bull shit about expected glitches were temporary when they know that the app is disgusting.
Secondly I attempted to buy my Euromililions ticket a few nights ago but again I was not offered the site to purchase my ticket. Had I been able to I would now have it. This never happened before. FURIOUS doesn't express how angry I am.
UPDATE 15 JUNE 2026/5.50pm. Logged into the hideous Allwyn app to buy my Euromillions ticket for tomorrow night. As in last weeks fiasco I couldn't find Euromillions so thought I would try on the Tuesday. I ended up missing the closing time. I have the following games offered. Tonight's Set For Life (I never play) Scrolling down I have Instant Win Games followed by this Wednesday's New Lotto. I'm then offered to SET LIMITS followed by 10 further games 5 of which are advertised as new. The art work looks trashy that you would expect in a casino. A message follows about how much players have raised this week. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PURCHASE A EUROMILLIONS TICKET FOR TOMORROW NIGHT.
Now I stand corrected. I can only describe them as DECEITFUL. The Euromillions ticket is only visible under the heading MORE DRAW GAMES where an arrow allows you to scroll sideways. I am not a mind reader and it was all so much more straightforward under Camelot. Why was this dreadful company given the contract?
I’m pretty sure it’s fixed…
I’m pretty sure it’s fixed 4,5,6,7,11,33 on 10million jack pot must be won. And Only 1x person to win it I’ve been playing since lottery first started in 1994 and max I’ve won £80.
The new Lottery app UK
Logged me out for ages. I can’t find the scanned to scan the paper ticket .
