The prize structure for normal draws are an embarrassment. The highlight for everyone was the “Must Be Won” aspect…. At least if nobody won the big prize, all the other prizes were sufficiently... See more

Spending hundreds of millions of pounds…
Spending hundreds of millions of pounds and then a simple barcode reader doesn't work , why change it to the barcode and not the way it was with the QR box that's still on the ticket , it's a fukn shit show TBH 🤬 .
Beg Richard Branson to take it on or go…
Beg Richard Branson to take it on or go back to how it was before it was taken over by Allwyn.
Their latest stupid idea is to give us two chances of winning with one ticket, but they've made it £10 for three numbers, not £30, completely stupid. I've missed three draws since the national lottery started, I'm leaving it now and will do the Euro millions instead. If they want to give more chances of winning, remove a number
The changes to the online lottery site…
The changes to the online lottery site are dreadful. I used to be playing the lotto mostly every week, however, now I find it difficult to understand. The tickets are listed by purchase date and each purchase has to be opened to find out what date they refer to. It's so easy to buy a ticket twice for the same date when I've wanted different dates. It's just confusing. The old online app was much better than this. I believe the government should take Allwyn to account for user dissatisfaction and make them put it right or give it back to the original operators.
I've seen the new lottery
I've seen the new lottery, coming out in June, it's made to lose us money and they gain more, gone from 3 numbers for a £30 win, to 3 numbers for a £10 win, it's hard enough to win as it is, don't think I'll be playing again.
Appalling website. Always malfunctioning
I am sick and tired of the Lottery website malfunctioning. Allwyn is completely useless. The website is a nightmare and really hard to navigate. It is run by a Czech millionaire. Please please let Camelot run it again. Another error up by this incompetent Government. Trustpilot would not allow me to use the word I chose
Only gave it a 1 star as I can't do any…
Only gave it a 1 star as I can't do any less. What a pile of shi... erm rubbish.
Must have been designed by a 2yr old. More often than not keeps saying can't sign you in at this time.
Allwyn upgrade is absolutely terrible
Allwyn upgrade is absolutely terrible! I've had to stop using it through utter frustration.
They’re just awful now
They’re just awful now. I don’t believe what the gambling commission say that people are winning as much or on as many occasions as when Camelot were running it. It’s simply absurd to say that when from my experience the amount of winning proportionate to plays has dropped of a cliff especially with so called “lucky dips” something is definitely amiss - I don’t trust them at all!
At the risk of sounding crude
At the risk of sounding crude, the new lottery app is a total load of sh*t!
Lots of issues that were never a problem before but my main bugbear is trying to find my tickets to check. Why can't you put the draw date on the ticket instead of the purchase date as I, and I'm sure lots more people, purchase more than one draw ticket each visit. It's a time wasting shambles at the moment, wether you're buying tickets or just wanting to check your already purchased ones!
The new layout- HORRIBLE.
The new layout. HORRIBLE, HARD TO FOLLOW AND NOT TRUSTED.
Why change a very easy and acceptable app site?
Rubbish prizes, even worse website
Besides the fact that the prizes are a joke (a paltry £4.20 for matching 3 numbers!!), the website is an unusable mess. Want to find out how much (little!) you have won? Take a tour around the site to try and find that information. Want to buy a ticket? Instead of the usual 2 clicks, why not do 7? Trying to find out anything on the site is impossible. It’s rubbish. I used to play every week. I don’t have the energy to be faffing with this ridiculous website.
every time i try to log on the website…
every time i try to log on the website either locks me out or doesn't recognise my location or just plainly does not work.
Absolute trash considering its the NATIONAL lottery.
National/Euro lottery outages
This company seems too enjoy changing the lottery for fun. Today (Tuesday 28/4/26) it's down yet again. Camelot weren't perfect but better than this lot. For goodness sake get a grip and make it good for the players instead of lining your own pockets. Let the players know when there is an outage or routine maintenance, pull your socks up
Website never lets you login and App is…
Website never lets you login and App is even worse.
This website is awful
This website is awful. Keeps telling me they are busy. Can’t log in, can’t put the lottery or thundeball on. Took me ages to get my tickets on. I was caught in a loop. Just awful! 🤬
After they updated their website and…
After they updated their website and app it became a mess, tickets purchased were in no particular order and making payment became difficult. After asking a question on their Facebook page about this mess, I received a response that suggests there is nothing wrong. I have since gone back to paper tickets from shops, I know where I am with them, though I often miss out o draws as I am sometimes a day late or up to 2 weeks late, it's still not worth using their app or site though.
new app totally terrible
new app totally
ruined experience can’t add my
card detail at all
must lots loads of money
What a pity that the new site is so…
What a pity that the new site is so useless after the old one being so informative and interactive. I have for the first time in years missed draws as messages about my numbers ending etc have stopped PLUS the new site is so unpleasant to navigate whereas the old one was perfectly simple and user friendly. It really spoils the experience all together - sad
The most ridiculous upgrade’ I’ve ever…
The most ridiculous upgrade’ I’ve ever experienced - it’s been designed with no understanding of functionality and feel. Compared to the previous site this is simply dreadful. No reminders about tickets - no logic in the way your bought tickets are displayed. There is simply no logic in the design and it’s a wonder example of change for changes sake. There’s should be a minus star rating on Trust Pilot.
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. The people responsible for this app & website should be unemployed for the rest of their lives. No saved numbers, website/app frequently unavailable, painfully childish UI. Appalling.
Hint: If 97% of your reviews are 1 star, you're doing something [nearly everything] wrong. You are an utter disgrace of a company & must be losing millions for the good causes who rely on you. You should be stripped of the Lottery franchise.
