Great - Most of the time
Generally responsive service. I have had problems with auto-shipments when needing to combine with regular shipment in order to save shipping costs. They do tend to have great prices for the medications I use frequently for my dog that other places cannot beat. I hope they stay in business for a long time as my previous supplier went under.

Received medication 12 days after ordering after paying for 3 day delivery
I ordered pain medication for my dog on March 11, 2015 and did not receive it until March 23, 2015 even though I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery.
They did not send the emails that their web site indicates, so I had to call several times to try to find the status of my order.

I have been using NAH for the past 2 years or so to fill my elderly dog's Rx for Vetprofen, the generic drug for the expensive Rymadyl. My dog tolerates it well and the price and service provided by NAH is outstanding.
If there is any question about something, they will quickly respond with an email.
