I have bought medicine for my pet from this company for years. never had a problem till this time. Although they shipped it out quickly. They forgot to note that an item was on backorder and would be shipped when it was back in stock. So I had to call and find this out. Other than that service was great!

It's been 9 days since I've placed my order and I haven't received it yet. The USPS tracking only lists the pre-tracking info.

I've found National Animal Hospital to have great prices on my dog's medication. Very responsive to my orders. I highly recommend them.

National Animal Hospital got authorization from my vet and mailed my dog's prescription the same day I ordered. Then the USPS took 11 days to ship it! This has never happened before with NAH, but Brian in customer service tracked it down for me. I have priced my dog's prescription at all the pet med websites, and NAH has the best prices by far.

I am pleased with most aspects of purchasing online meds for my dog but wish I could login and just refill rather than have to search for the med and then enter stuff only to be pleasantly surprised that you matched the order to me and my dog.

I highly recommend this online supplier. They are quick to respond and follow through on contacting the vet in a timely manner.

On top of all that, they are the least expensive of the sites I visited.

I have ordered medication quite a few times. I initially chose this company due to the significantly lower cost of my dog's medication, even considering the shipping charge. The service has been surprisingly responsive and I have always received my order sooner than expected. I would highly recommend National Animal Hospital.

I am pleased with the service and fast delivery that I receive from NAH. I have not had the same experience with 1-800-pet meds. Glad I found NAH.

They are quick and efficient

First time with on line pharm. got paper script thinking that's how it's done. Didn't realize that would just delay whole process by a week as I would have to mail in the actual copy.

National AH emailed me to make sure that's what I wanted to do. When I emailed back that I needed the meds sooner, they arranged to call my vet to get the needed verification. Had the meds in a few days.

I appreciate a company that actually responds to emails!

I've had excellent service almost every time. However, when the RX refills have expired, minimal effort is made to contact the vet to get authorization for refills. After 2-3 days, then I am contacted to get it when a phone call to the vet is all is needed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this site to anyone having pet medications needs!

I have a 120 lb. yellow lab. we almost lost him a year and a half ago to liver failure he is 10 yrs. old. I order his med's every 6 weeks and have never had a late shipment I order it and 3 to 4 days later its in my mail box in Michigan. That's all I ask of my suppliers is do what you say and NAH does it without fail every time i order from them....

For anyone who has ever dealt with prescriptions and the internet, let me tell you how much of a breeze it was working with National Animal Hospital. The quickly confirmed the prescriptions with my vet and had my product on its way to me so quickly it was unbelieveable. My horse is happy and so am I. I recommend you guys all the time.
