They took my order for Vetmedin, charged my credit card, and several days later send me an email that they are out of stock. After I canceled the order they sent me an email informing me that they would credit my credit card. Three weeks later and no credit. I called twice and sent one email asking about the credit and have not gotten any satisfaction. My next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Why did they charge my credit card knowing that they were out of stock!

I've used this company several times in the past with no problems - until last week. I placed an order for Adequan, and had my vet fax over the script. 3 days went by, I then emailed them to get a tracking number. No response. I called 5 times over 4 days, and only reached an "overflow" answering service representative, and all they would do is "pass a note" on to NAH to have someone call me back. No one did. What sucks is, this company seriously put me in a bind as we had a vacation planned, and no medicine arrived prior to us leaving. We had to scramble last minute to get our dog into the vet for an emergency treatment. We did however, receive a full refund back on my VISA card with no apology or explanation. We will never deal with these guys ever again, and urge you to find another vendor for your meds. This place has turned awfully shady.

Good overall but cusotmer service could be improved

After dealing with them for over 2 years I have had 3 bad experiences in a row. They must have sold the company!!! For one week they said they were shipping my order of Carprofen and even gave me a fake tracking number. Finally after running out of medicine I cancelled the order and went to my vet. I have 2 old labs with really bad arthritis and they have to have the medicine. I could never get anyone on the phone but an answering service and finally I received a email with a cancellation but no apology. This was the third strike so I will not be dealing with them again. I have 11 friends that I have referred and I honestly regret it. They will be canceling service also. I cannot explain how bad they have become.

Ordered on the evening of March 29, Credit Card charged on March 30. After delay with prescription was resolved on April 5, they claimed they would ship right away. Posted tracking number on April 6 and never updated status again. Contacted via telephone several times and never received a call back. Finally emailed and received a response that they were sorry and a new order would be shipped immediately via priority mail and I would receive a new tracking number, never did and yesterday April 18 after no response to several emails and phone calls I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst customer service and online company I have attempted to use in years.

Had to go back to vet refill meds twice and now have to search for another source. Would give them no stars if that was possible.

Local pharmacies love National AH! Great prices, slow delivery, zero customer service.

Ordered on March 23. Card charged on March 25. Off the shelf items did not ship until April 10. No one picks up phone, No one returns email.

Products were shipped USPS with signature required. If you are familiar with USPS, their website and telephone customer service to hold for pickup is, well... non-existent.

Had to go back to vet twice to refill meds.

First experience great. Two months later, trying to get refills.. nothing. I faxed rx, emailed, rx, MAILED rx and still nothing. No responses to email inquiries. They definitely billed my card though. It's too bad because my dogs on monthly meds and it would have been nice to have a steady relationship with a dependable company.

I have ordered with them 3 times and each time required me having to call and find out why my rx was not delivered on time. Always some excuse. My issue is that had I not called and called and called, no one would have reached out to me to tell me the story. This last order broke the came;s back when I received an email on Monday they were contacting my vet for a new rx. It is now Fri and they have not reached out to my vet once!! I placed an order with 1800PetMeds and that order has already shipped. Really? I'm all set with NAH.

Excellent service, good product choices, ordering steps were clear. My only complaint is that the site is a nightmare to navigate on a mobile device. I hope it will be optimized for mobile by the time I order again, because I do plan to order more from you.

Lowest prices I've found for the Denamarin and Carprofen for my aging dogs. Orders are processed and shipped extremely quickly (same day so far). Worked quickly with my vet for required prescriptions. Called to clarify a couple orders as well.
Very easy to use and agents are helpful/responsive to voicemail and email.
