Prosessional and friendly service. Quick with paper work and explained ecolvwrything well. Would have had 5 stars but communication lacked a bit when arranging pick up of vehicle.

Thank you for the wonderful service and car! The spec and price on the 5 series was great.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid a deposit for a car and was promised delivery within three days, yet it took over a week to arrive.
When it did, the bonnet was so hot I could not open it and it was clearly missing the air intake. I have since found out other essential parts have had to be replaced. I have had three courtesy cars provided that also had mechanical issues, leaving me with no confidence in the garage team.
Despite numerous calls, communication has been minimal. I’ve spoken mainly with Brandon, Jess, and Chris, they have promised updates and timeframes have repeatedly been missed.
It ultimately took more than two weeks just to collect the faulty car from outside my home, and after six weeks I still have not received the vehicle I paid for.

The customer service was second to none. It was a genuinely good first car buying experience.
I’ve started university and my Vauxhall Corsa has been getting me to and from university. I absolutely love the car and it hasn’t missed a beat.

The whole car buying experience was smoothe. I drove down from London and got a great Part ex price for my old car and an excellent finance deal.
I’ve had my Audi A4 for 3 months now and it has been reliable and have had no problems whatsoever.
I will be back for my upgrade and have recommended friends and family. Thank you all at National Car Hub 👍

Bought a car and many safety features turned out after 30 day warranty ran out to have some kind of fault: airbag, front passenger tyre and a horn that has not worked. Tried to get it sorted and found that they would not take responsibility. When I told them about the tyre sensor repeatedly coming on about pressure and the tyre losing air, I found that after they had looked at it the tyre sensor had been turned off. I didn't do it! I would never ever go to these people again and urge everybody to ignore their website. I cannot believe that the 5 star reviews are genuine; but I completely believe the one star reviews are all true.

Purchased car 21/06 and drove off with just 3 miles of fuel, refueled the car myself for an engine light to appear. Returned the car for them to clear code after 3 hours and tell us they'd done a test drive and its fine. We were informed that if the light came on again they'd pick up the car Monday as we lived 2 hours away and would repair this in time for Wednesday night.
The fault appeared the same day, car picked up 4 days later, emails were then ignored for 5 days and we were told the car would be diagnosed in 2 days time using the AA warranty when the dealership should be paying for this and not using the optional AA warranty that I opted for.
Shocking service, avoid dealership. Once they have your money, aftersales is non-existent.
Edit:

We have been denied a refund as the car is being repaired.

Still without a car, no refund provided and were now resorting to the motor ombudsman and trading standards. Emails ignored for a week. Have emailed aftersales@ and sales@ numerous times.

Car has had the “minor” fault repaired using the AA warranty I paid optionally for and have since attempted to cancel and been ignored. This minor repair involved water pump, auxiliary belt, spark plugs and a part from the car manufacturer. Jessica will not follow up via email or phone call and you will be ignored. Car has now been sat at national car hub since the 31st and is ready for collection. I’ve asked for a refund repeatedly and now their offering one, meaning they’ll now sell the car for a higher price because all repairs have been done at no cost to them.

Still without a car. If you’re being ignored by Jessica, make a complaint about her as this can’t be handled her and must be passed to another manager.

Have been told the garage the car was sent to was not AA affiliated and have been offered a refund if I remove my reviews. Still taking this further.

I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY!!!
I bought a Mercedes from them
Red flags all over :
- I asked the engine to be cold when I arrive ,it was warm
- the engine was making a noise I discovered when starting at cold
-Bought the car Saturday and Monday I took it to my mechanic only to find out it needs at least 2k to get it fixed
- I was given a list of garages from my area to call ,NONE wanted to take the risk of opening the engine as it might open "a can of worms"!!! As they didn't want to go ahead to be fixed by my garage.
- I phone the Mercedes in Stockton on Tees they said no way they deal with it
-I called them to say I want the car to be taken away and give it back ,which they refused
-i had to have tens of emails (which I still got) between us ,they wanted me to take the car on my expense(around 200 miles away) to their garage to check it ,why needs checking when you just said it was checked and everything was ok?
- so I stopped emailing them , luckily I had my finance through Lloyd's Bank and they sorted for me after 3 months
- in this time I had no car(Lloyds took it away) and was paying my finance as well
- when it was sorted I got my money back from Lloyds
-To this day I have no idea how Lloyds sorted it and frankly I don't care
-I got my money back and got rid of that banger they sold me
STAY AWAY

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW***
Disclaimer: This experience was ongoing from 2021-2022, and I am still left with no solution. Luckily, consumer law allows for a 6 year limit to bring a claim to court.
I bought a 2011 Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership. The first red flag was that from putting the deposit down. It took almost a month for the dealership to hand the keys over to me, with multiple excuses of a replacement of a DPF (which never happened) and other excuses to buy time.
Within 30 days of owning the car, there was significant blue smoke coming from the car, to the point where it was dangerous to drive. As well as this, the car was consuming so much oil that a bottle of oil would last up to 7 days MAX. I took it to my local garage at home who explained that the engine had been misfiring which was due to an issue with the pistons or potentially the engine, however if the pistons were not the issue, the car would need a full engine rebuild. They advised to not keep the car as it is dangerous.
I called NCH and explained the situation and the sales lady proceeded to tell me, after taking the car back to inspect (at this point I was entitled to a free repair or replace and if they refused, a full refund) that they think I myself welded the engine to create these issues (I was a 18 year old sixth form student at the time with no experience in the engineering of cars, let alone the knowledge of welding). They also refused to repair it or pay for the repair, replace with a new car or give me a full refund. This caused me major mental stress and the level of rudeness and the lack of professionalism that I was met with by every member of staff was absolutely astounding. Accusing an 18 year old girl of welding the engine to cause engine or piston misfire shows that this dealership absolutely does not care about delivering great customer service, let alone SAFE vehicles.
It’s also worth noting that I bought a 2 year MOT and Service plan for £270, which they refused to refund me for either. Multiple calls were ignored, accusations were thrown at me and the toll this took on my mental health was inexplainable.
I sent a formal letter to the dealership outlining the consumer law and received no response.
It is also worth noting that 37% of the reviews of this dealership are 1* reviews and other reviews on google have implied that this dealership creates 5* reviews to counteract the amount of negative reviews they get, however this is word from other customers, I cannot comment on this. Other customers have reported having to go to court over matters regarding the safety and quality of their vehicles.
I am owed so much from this company, and they refused to cooperate (luckily, I have still kept all receipts). I will continue to tell my experience until something is done, as well as preventing any other customers from having to endure the same shameful experience that I endured. Please absolutely save your money and mental health and DO NOT buy anything from National Car Hub.

Beware: Red Flags Everywhere
I was seriously considering buying a vehicle here, only to find out it comes with just one key. The dealer wouldn’t even order a second key or offer a discount to cover the cost of getting one. A reputable dealer would never do this two keys are standard and expected.
Then there’s the ONE MONTH warranty they offer. This alone sets off major alarm bells. It’s clear they want you to get past that 30-day mark so you lose your right to reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Many faults don’t show up immediately, and with such a short warranty, you’re left totally exposed.
They know exactly what they’re doing relying on fancy photos and slick marketing to hide these issues. Don’t be fooled.

Buying process was positive, but when our car broke down after a month we were left unable to contact or get a response from anyone in aftersales and left with our vehicle stuck at the garage for over a month. We are now having to look at cancelling our family holiday as we remain stuck without a vehicle. An apologetic response would have been appreciated, but we were met with only rudeness and a severe lack of any processes.

Like many others here I have been scammed by this 'company' & I'm not prepared to allow this to happen to anyone else.
This is is your free advice -
1. DO NOT make any payment via the direct bank transfer link they send you. This is because you will need payment protection for when you're wanting to recover money from them. They don't allow credit cards for this reason (that says it all as it offers more protection via a charge back when things go wrong).
2. DO NOT accept the car when something goes wrong with it. You have 30 day rights under the consumer credit act so demand a rejection!
3. DO NOT wait for them to collect it because you'll be waiting weeks and it will add to your misery. They will also have you calling every day for an update and promise of a callback that you won't get. All at risk to your mental health. Drive it there yourself and get written evidence the car is not damaged by you. Take photos, videos and record everything. You will need it later for when you need to claim against them.
4. DO NOT take their word on the warranty. The warranty they offer is the essentials cover and not the plus which covers everything. They are misrepresenting this product and as part of this evidence gathering they are being reported to the AA.
5. DO NOT believe that they have serviced, mot’d or repaired the vehicle. They turn the engine management light off in the hope it remains off long enough for you to get home & then you're stuck with the problem and are expected to make a claim with the AA.
They're also being reported to the motor ombudsman for investigation alongside the FCA.
6. At the end of the sale with your very polite salesman they will ask you to complete a Google review whilst you're sat there. DO NOT do this right now. Yes you're excited and happy. You've just bought what you think is a good car and the service has been great.
But give it 2 weeks max… you'll be thanking me later.
They're an absolute disgrace and I feel for every single one of us who got burnt.
Professional business? Look at their details on companies House. They were almost struck off for not complying with regulations.
The business is run by crooks.
Don't get stucked in to their fancy pictures, promises & welcoming customer service.

Update(09/Aug/2025) Car returned back to finance company for a full refund.
Within 5 days of buying an Jaguar i-Pace from them the car just could not work anymore or charge as its electric. I contacted them multiple times with no response and have reported them to my finance provider as i do not want to keep this car.
Poor after sales process, no support at all. Generally unexpected behavior from them. Key individuals who really disappointed me are Gav and Sam.
