Awful Customer Service
We signed up with National College in June, based on promises that turned out to be completely misleading. Right from the start, it became clear that they were unable to deliver what they had assured us. We raised our concerns immediately, but after 12 meetings filled with nothing but false promises, our situation hasn't improved.
In an attempt to escalate the issue, I complained directly to their manager, who responded with an email stating that we could not terminate the contract, but offered a meeting to discuss our concerns. I promptly accepted the offer, yet received no response. Since then, I've sent an additional four emails requesting the meeting, and all have been ignored.
This pattern of neglect is emblematic of their customer service. Attempts to contact other representatives at National College have been met with the same lack of response. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering that we paid upfront—leaving us with the impression that they simply don’t care now that they have our money.
The service has been disappointing, and their customer service is abysmal. I would strongly advise against signing up with National College if you're looking for a reliable and responsive provider.
