This is my second time getting flooring done with National Floors Direct. Once again, I am extremely satisfied with how my floors look. The installation team was absolutely amazing as well. They came in, ripped up my old floor, cleaned, and prepared everything and then installed my new flooring. Everything was left clean and in pristine condition. I am extremely satisfied with the flooring and service that I received and I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

hired this company to install carpet. they insist on paying them cash up front. Red flag buyer beware. My carpet was ordered short. they patched in pieces to make up for the shortages and while doing so knife cut the main carpet 3 feet long. they sent the installers out. and the service manager who said they would only repair or patch the area that they damaged. I turned this company into the BBB and they still refused to make this damaged install right. soo I was screwed and paid them 1200 up front and now have to take them to court. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY its a bunch of criminals. they have hundreds of complaints against them for these same reasons. NOT RELIABLE NOT HONEST BUYER BEWARE

The floor looks great. I’m very pleased with the work that NationalFloorsDirect.com did. The total cost was more than anticipated. But as my mom always used to say when you buy you buy the best.

We had an amazing experience with National Floors Direct. This was our second time working with them. George, our consultant, did a great job helping us select the right flooring, provided a fair price and got us scheduled right away. The installers were prompt, worked very hard tearing up the old carpet and tile (quite a job), installed the LVP, mouldings and cleaned everything up. Overall, was another very positive experience with NFD. Highly recommend them.

The salesman was very impressive and got us a great deal. The worker that installed the floor was quick and very helpful in deciding what way the tiles should be laid. We picked straight.

After we purchased our home, we needed carpeting in 2 bedrooms, an office, and living room at a reasonable price, along with vapor barriers for some asbestos tiles discovered underneath the previous carpet. We obviously had a lot of anxiety around finding someone who could do the job correctly and professionally, and were recommended National Floors Direct by a family member who had her carpet done and had nothing but nice things to say.

The pricing was so good that we were able to pick out a nicer carpet brand than we initially had anticipated for the same price. The carpet was delayed in shipping, but NFD kept me up to date in scheduling and was willing to work with me to find a day that worked for us.

The installers came early, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in 1/2 a day instead of a full day. They laid the carpet beautifully and everything still looks brand new after 2 months, moving furniture, and 2 cats testing the carpet.

We had such a great experience with NFD we re-hired them for our vinyl floors and have been similarly impressed. If you're looking for carpeting to be done in MA, I highly recommend National floors. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

National Floors Director had the best prices of anyone around. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The cleanup was the best I have ever seen!

The hardwood floor came out absolutely beautiful. The finish is smooth, even, and really brings out the natural grain of the wood. The color looks rich and consistent throughout the space, and the room feels brighter and more polished because of it. Overall, the workmanship exceeded expectations, and the floor completely transformed the look of the home.

Very pleased with my new flooring from National Floors Direct. The sales process was very smooth. I was kept well informed of the installation process. On the day of the installation the technician was very efficient and removed all of my carpets and installed my new luxury vinyl tile all in one day and they cleaned up and hauled away my old carpet and carpet pads. Very pleased and would recommend National Flooring Direct.
