From the salesperson to the installation the company personnel were very responsive, professional and helpful. They finished in one day and made sure to clean up before they departed. Your carpet crew did a great job

Great service, beautiful floor. Done in 1/2 day and cleaned up afterwards. They took away all my old carpets and I'm very very happy with my new floor. Guys that put it in were very respectful of my furtinure and all.

This was my second purchase from national floors direct and it was equally as good as my first experience. The installation was more difficult because of the heavy furniture that had to be moved, but the installers did it without problem. The quality of the carpet is excellent. The installers cleaned up and left the room in perfect condition. National floors direct is really an outstanding company.
