While the installer arrived an hour behind schedule, the superior quality of work more than compensated for the delay. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and eager to have them complete the remaining work in my apartment.

From the start we had a great experience. We called to make an appointment for a quote and we were able to have someone at our house the very next day. The associate that came to our home was such a wonderful man. He measured all our rooms and then we sat down to look at all the rug samples and he helped us choose what would look best in our home. The gentleman was very informative in helping us with color and style. We had the total cost finalized this same evening. The installers that came were very nice and professional. They were very prompt with arrival time as well. National Floors called after the install was done to make sure we were happy with everything. Great customer service

This installation went very well. A professional and knowledgeable sales rep arrived on time, and we talked about what we wanted. He measured our space, and then we reviewed samples and discussed our options. Carpeting was installed the next day! The installation guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond to fit the carpet in a tricky closet. They were courteous and left the room very neat. The carpeting is good quality and feels great under foot.
We are very satisfied and would use NFD again.

Fabulous experience! I called Natl Floors Direct and made an appointment. Salesman came the next day with samples (on a Friday). I signed a contract. On Monday they did the complete, beautiful, installation.
Cleaned up after their job.

The installer was an hour late, but the exceptional workmanship made it well worth the wait. I'm thrilled with the results and excited to have them finish the rest of my apartment.
