Ordered Arcotherm vertigo wasn't sure what would arrive with order as description seemed a little vague. Then needed to order two other items in order to make system work properly. Ducting section from second order has failed to arrive on 3 consecutive months. No contact from National heaters, when I chased them stock answer it'll be in next months delivery. Gave up and asked for credit for ducting. Whilst I appreciate issue is with Arcotherm despite them selling me the product they have literally washed there hands of the sale.

I have ordered heater last month and used to eradicate bedbugs at my home. It came with Europe plug. I brought 13 amp converter to the machine.
I think it would be easy , if the company could sell product with uk standard plug for uk customers

The split air conditioning unit was of good quality, delivered as agreed and was competitively priced

In the hottest summer recorded in the last 40 years, it was clear air conditioning was needed around our factory. We were glad to have purchased through national heater shops as the customer services were friendly and delivery was prompt. Would definitely recommend !!

I have a Opranic heater that I needed a new element. I contacted National Heater Shops but unfortunately they didn’t have a spare part in stock. They jumped on the problem straight away and contacted the manufacturers. I now have a new one being sent directly to me. Brilliant service and won’t hesitate using them again. They offer good old fashioned customer service!

If possible, I would have selected 0 stars. Continuous excessive SPAM. I have never shopped on this OR the parent site. I politely e-mailed & requested my e-mail address be deleted from the website/their marketing list. No response to me. No action taken. BEWARE.

Price and product as expected with helpful advice given over the phone. Delivered on time and overall a very good experience and won't hesitate to use again.

Great service, good value for money

Buying from NHS was simple and their technical help by phone was very useful. I am still not fully convinced that the dehumidifier I bought was the right one for me as it doesn't seem as effective as the last one I had despite spending over £400 on my purchase.

My original review of National Heater Shops website on 19/04/2022 was true and accurate relating to VAT not showing until a customer actually arrived at the Checkout. Its good to see my review had an effect as prices are now shown ex-VAT and including VAT.

However, product prices on the web pages that display all items only show prices ex-vat but this is not made clear and therefore a consumer may think they are getting an item at a good price only to be disappointed that VAT has yet to be added, which It is only when you click to see the specific product where VAT is then shown in very small text.

Irrespective of whether they do sell to the trade or general public or both, they should show prices with and without VAT on all product pages as that way prospective buyers know precisely what the prices are.

Regarding my view of difficulty contacting them via phone at the time I gave a review on 19/04/2022 was correct for both National Heater Shops website and Trade Gear which is actually the company but advertises under various website names.

As they now show prices on the individual product pages with and without VAT prior to checkout then that is better and fairer for the customer, particularly the consumer.
