Really positive experience with National Lighting. On receiving our order recently I realised a small part was missing. I reached out to customer service and Julia responded that day and was extremely helpful. Julia contacted the following day to confirm a replacement part would be sent out to me. Superior customer service and the lights are beautiful.

Ordering was really easy and product quality great. Most impressive was customer service - in fact, the best I have had for many years. One of the lampshades I received was faulty. I phoned National Lighting and the call was picked up within 3 rings! Louise was really helpful, friendly and efficient. Within 10 minutes, she had arranged collection of my faulty item along with a full refund to my account. Collection of the item happened the following day.

Super helpful team, reached out for a quick enquiry and they were able to give me the answer i needed quickly and efficiently. Customer services staff were very helpful. Would def buy from them again in future.

The customer service was excellent, notably from Louise who could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, the two lamps I purchased did not function as advertised but once it was established that this was down to a manufacturing defect a full refund was made immediately. (I have only given a 4* review as, ultimately, I did not have the items I wanted but 5* for the way that my complaint was handled and I would use this company again in the future.)

Excellent price. The same product was £80 more elsewhere - it just had a different name. Ordered at 3pm and arrived the next day. Can’t fault the service. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordering from this company is very easy. Delivery was quick and item was well packed.
Unfortunately I chose a light that was unsuitable and had to return.
The process was very straightforward and any questions I had were answered swiftly.
Will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a floor lamp,we were kept up to date from when the order was received,the packing was amazing everything packed separate,plenty of cardboard boxes and tissue all put into one box,I ordered it early am Tuesday and arrived next day early,by fedex which were also amazing and kept us informed where and what time the parcel would arrive.💯% service on both parts .

Such brilliant customer service from these guys. I ordered a pair of lamps and after a few weeks one turns out to be faulty.
The customer service was so helpful, and fast and have remedied the situation so quickly and easily.
I can highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

I ordered some light fixtures from the MAKAYLA range and they were perfect! Unfortunately, I had a decorator round who accidentally damaged the light but when I reached out to National Lighting customer service, they put me at ease. They were ever so good and sent me some replacement parts which arrived in the next 2 days. 10/10 service I will definitely be buying from them again and can recommend to anyone.

Excellent company to deal with , wanted a specific lamp base and it was around £35 cheaper here, ordered it and it was promptly delivered with tracking details etc a few days later , nicely packaged and I have no complaints at all , would highly recommend company thank you 🙏 x

It's been looking for the perfect light to finish a kitchen refurb. I contacted Customer service before purchase and got an tick response. On arrival, the light was everything I was looking for, until I broke the shade. I contacted Customer service and Julia who replied could not have been more helpful. To be honest I was blown away with the way I was looked after. I will certainly be using them and recommending them in future.

Ordered online several months ago. I damaged the floor lamp shade and contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase a new one. This wasn't possible, but they sent me a whole new floor lamp free of charge the next next day. Fantastic.customer service!

I went into the Bletchley branch today as i have been having issues in matching an old light fitting in our house.
Brian Burrowes assisted me and I found his knowledge , his demeanour and how he found me a solution superb.

I bought an integrated led track light with a 2 year warranty. 18 months in it failed and National Lighting sent a replacement immediately no quibbling.

Made my first order with National Lighting on Thursday, received acknowledgement emails about the order and updates on the order. Next day the items were delivered in perfect order. I had no need to contact the company but their efficiency and response is second to none. Brilliant customer service and I will certainly be using this company for my future lighting purchases. Well done to all!

The initial customer service in helping me to find and select a product was extremely helpful, and when there was a small issue with the product there was no quibble about sending out a replacement. The service was quick, efficient and extremely friendly, and the products are beautiful. I cannot fault them. Other companies could learn a lot from them about proper customer service!

Great initial service with product advice and delivery of items. When I reported a problem with one of the lights, it was replaced immediately and without question, the new one delivered literally the next day.
The help desk contact Jennifer was the epitome of service, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended.

Not only was the item which I bought very nice and good quality, also very reasonably priced. After delivery I realised that I had forgotten to order an accessary, this was quickly dispatched, unfortunately it was damaged in transit it was very quickly replaced.

Ordered a lovely lamp , it arrived quick and they even sent a couple of light bulbs for free. The lamp is really good quality. I’m very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.
