I'd spent ages looking for the right lampshade to match the decor, and National Lighting was the only place that had what I needed - it's a really good range. When an item was damaged in transit they replaced it without question and their customer service was attentive and helpful.

Bollard lights ordered. Came next day. Great product. Very happy with it.
More importantly made mistake of ordering twice on line. Customer team were superb. Arranged collection of duplicate order and refund with no fuss. Excellent.

Had a slight issue with a faulty bulb on a light unit issue, a replacement was sent out next day, wonderful and sorted immediately.

Our purchase was delivered promptly but after assembly the recommended bulb would not fit. On calling National Lighting, Hafsa sorted out a replacement which again arrived quickly. This experience was so helpful they still get 5 stars for a job well done. Great value price as well.

Great company we use regularly. Even on returning items the customer Serviceteam are extremely helpful and the refund is issued promptly.

The order was processed and delivery came the next working day. Although one of the lampshades was damaged a replacement was sent out the next day.

Lucky it was just a small order but they did not send me the extrusion for my led light strip. will not answer email. very disappointed. will need to seek a part refund through the credit card.

I had to return the item I ordered as my builder had progressed beyond being able to fit it. Hafsa did a great job advising the best way to do this and when I enquired about the refund, Hafsa got it sorted out immediately.

Fantastic customer service from this company, would definitely recommend purchasing from them. Although the courier lost my order they were great, reshipped again rather than wait for FedEx to find it and then refunded the shipping which they did not have to do.

Things goes wrong, this is a great example of how a very good company deals with and resolves a problem quickly.

Great selection of lighting products and very competitive prices. Customer service is top notch too. I had a couple of outside lights fail after 10 months and they replaced them very quickly without jumping through a load of hoops first.

Great service from start to finish including the after sales service from Hafsa when I had to return a few of the lights because i had over ordered. I will definitely use them again and have no reservations in recommending them for everyone.

(We rarely write reviews but) … we were so impressed with the response regarding our recent purchase of lamps . Unfortunately one lamp was slightly faulty but it has been replaced efficiently and without hassle. Communication was excellent.
