On delivery of the packs of bathroom…
On delivery of the packs of bathroom panelling 2 of them were damaged but we managed to use two of them.
On contacting the company and asking for a partial refund for the two damaged panels we were basically told no !

Good morning,
I am sorry you are unhappy. I had explained that we ask customers to check their delivery and if there is any damage to let us know and we will replace straight away. However, you used half of the boards in the pack and then asked for a partial refund. I explained that once you have used them we couldn't help. I had also said that we were going to try and help moving forward but I my Manager who is off today was going to look into it. The last comment I got was "That’s brilliant ". We do try to help where we can.

Abercarn depot, wish they was more sociable, always better when they have another depots people in, expensive for some items like grab adhesive and panels but I suppose one stop shop.

Take care of colour matching -it doesn’t!
The aqua panelling is lovely but the trim and the corners are a completely different colour- it’s all white but the colour is very different- so unusable. We’ve had to buy additional trim and corners.
