Easy booking process and simple to get my windscreen schip repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note I was told it should take under an hour but I was there for just over 1hr 40 min but it's not the end of the world.

After being completely messed about by a well known windscreen company, I was most greatfull to National Windscreens at W-S-M who were simply outstanding in their knowledge and general professionalism and had me booked in quickly and my Jeep Wrangler in and out well within a couple of hours. 10/10 from me and then some 👍

Thank you for the service. The staff were polite and helpful, but unfortunately I am not completely satisfied with the repair after a week though at that time the repair seemed be a fair repair with a ignorable scar. But in a two weeks time and a thousand mile drive the repaired area has developed a very small crack which appears to be growing. I understand that a repaired chip may leave a small mark, but I did not expect any micro crack to become a macro crack, at all. Urgent action and response is need to stop it from spreading. I hope the the company will take necessary action to sort it out.

Easy to book, helpful, good communication

National Windscreens Aberdeen branch: Very helpful, friendly and efficient.
Were willing to stay open a little late for me, which in the event wasn't needed, but I was very grateful for the offer. The wrong closing time was on the website - closing is at 17:00.
Two things to note, neither of which are the branch staff's fault.
1. Although drop off in the morning is easy enough, there is no public transport to anywhere nearby in the later afternoon. I got the train to Dyce and a taxi from the rail station there to National Windscreens. The nearest taxi service to National Windscreens Aberdeen is, however, highly recommended - quick to respond on WhatsApp or by phone and not as expensive as calling any from the airport.
2. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the bus after you drop off your car in the morning, if you are trying to get back to the centre of Aberdeen.
Calibration, windscreen and whole car system still performing as it should - well done, Aberdeen team.

There was a bit of crossed wires with appointment time not sure who was to blame for this - however they very kindly squeezed me in!

Helpful technicians but waiting room lacking in coffee or tv . Could be waiting couple of hours and not much to do otherwise

National Windscreen contacted me with an appointment within a few days of my windscreen being cracked. The windscreen was replaced within the timescale specified. The staff in the Branch were friendly, respectful and professional. The prompt response, customer service and efficient turnaround on my vehicle provided me with a very positive experience.

So easy to drop off car and a phone call to say it was ready, perfect

Perfect service and professional service!

Replaced my windscreen with a note on the job sheet saying that my HUD was blurry, no mention when I picked up the vehicle and they let me drive away thinking the work was complete. I had to call to complain, my windscreen is now being replaced again under warranty. Very poor service and communication.
