Was initially told they could replace my windscreen with a mobile unit, then advised that in fact it needed calibration and had to be done in the garage. Garage advised after the job that a calibration wasn’t needed. However my automatic wipers are not working. Please can someone contact me regarding getting them fixed presumably calibration is required?

Replaced Tesla Windscreen Incorrectly
Replaced Tesla Windscreen, Soldered plastic casing (which should never happen as it just clips in) to the windscreen after forgetting to plug the sensor inside so the A/C constantly blew cold air regardless of temp set.
I took the car to Tesla to fix and because the casing was soldered rather than just clipped in like it should have been, the windscreen had to be broken to get the casing off and replaced again. Invoice £1200.
If you are going to replace these specialist windscreens then I suggest proper training is required.
I have raised a complaint but as yet no response.

Can’t fault the staff or work carried…
Can’t fault the staff or work carried out but on entering my reg I was told I needed to attend site in Aldershot as it was a specialised windscreen. On arrival I was told it could have been completed at work or home. The incorrect windscreen was then fitted and I’m now waiting for the correct one to be replaced. Not ideal.
