Customer Service could be better

The work was completed in the given timescale, clean and tidy and no complaints 👌
However, initial contact a real challenge as the phone number advertised was not in use
Customer service doesn't appear to be their strongest point as everybody busy at their work stations and even when I was spoken to they remained seated until I mention the out of service number and one of the staff handed me a business card.

Overall a very good experience
Very good welcome. Shown to a waiting room that was air conditioned - this was great as it was a very hot day. Wifi available, tea / coffee and a fridge with plenty of cold drinks. New windscreen fitted in less time than was advised. Overall a very good experience, happy with the service.
