Aylesbury branch, visited today for a replacement windscreen on my 5series BMW with all the driver aids that need calibration after the new screen fitted.
Absolutely great customer service from start to finish. A nice waiting room with drinks a-plenty and the tv which I was able to choose what I watched.
Very polite and informative staff (sorry I didn’t get names) who have done a great job and so I have no problem recommending them to anyone needing their services.

Appreciated service
Arrived on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I had some apprehension beforehand as I'd read of several disasters on the specific car type from the past. This fitter (who proudly informed me 33 years in the business) reckoned it was all down to the fitter. After test drive today I absolutely agree - did a great job. Also nice to see a young apprentice with him who was equally polite and seemed keen to learn. Thank you gentlemen.

Not great experience
Not great experience, after got my windscreen replaced and noticed my alloys and tyre were damaged. They must have hit it and didn’t even tell me when I collected my car.

I went to the Aylesbury branch and all staff I spoke to were very accommodating, welcoming and helpful.
I can’t remember names but they made the process very easy and called me back when they said they would.
It was great to have a space to work in too so I didn’t have to take time out of work.

the service is great, I arrived on time and I was told by Emai that I should expect to drop the vehicle and leave it for four hours, but as I live far away from the center, I had to wait for it with a minimum of two hours. the vehicle was then ready in 90 minutes. Thanks to the staff for the quick finish and their kindness
