Had a smashing time
Booked a at home appointment as it was more convenient for me. The morning of the appointment I had a call asking if I could attend their site as the weather was “looking bad” for the day. It wasn’t and it was dry all day and no sign of rain. The 2 technicians did attend my home address and promptly got on with the fitting of my new screen and completed the task quickly. I just don’t think they wanted to leave their warm warehouse to come out and fit the new glass but overall happy with the service I received.

Overall fine but a bit let down with the comms
Friendly service and the window replacement has been performed well. Let down was that we weren't told the window hadn't arrived in time (an issue with a lost lorry!) which meant waiting for several hours. Better communication would've prevented this.

The actual fitting good
The actual fitting (done at my home), including the two guys who did it, was brilliant… arrived on time, polite and efficient and did a good job of the fit. The firm’s admin was less good - repeated reminders by both txt AND email every day for 4 days up to the fitting - including a txt message waking us at 8.30 on a Sunday morning which did not go down well with my wife !!
