The overall job had problems
The overall job had problems. The actual screen was replaced and appears to be an excellent job . However the interior casing around the technical element attached to the screen fell off after a day, revealing that a couple of the clips had been broken and black mastic had been used to attach the cover. Not brilliant to cover up a mistake, or try to! Once reported NW reacted very well and replaced the cover correctly. So now all good.
A pity that this happened, as the screen replacement job had been done very well. All staff were very good, especially those that came out and reviewed the problem and later replaced the cover
