Excellent and Efficient Windscreen Replacement Service
Front windscreen of my car had a crack caused by a stone hitting the window. Booked with National Windscreens in Basildon and the whole process was easy from start to finish.
They were very accommodating with the booking, the staff were courteous and straightforward, and the windscreen was completely replaced within 2 hours of dropping the car off.
Exemplary service throughout. Highly recommended.

My installer called to say I could come earlier if I liked, when I arrived he was waiting and got on with the job. 50 minutes later it was done, he very kindly mentioned that he'd hurried because I said I worked nights. Top man, top quality install. Very happy

Accounting issues terrible!!
The experience was thwarted with difficulties over the payment that took nearly 3 weeks to resolve, which carried on after the windscreen was fitted. I
It took 5 calls and an email to get it sorted.
Customer Service were helpful but seemed powerless in sorting their accounts department.
Fitting of the windscreen went well and the guy at the Fitting centre was really helpful.
Whole experience spoilt by poor accounts communication and action.
